Last night, I had the opportunity to perform as Baker's Wife in Into the Woods for Understudy Night. This was one of those instances where you don't realize it's a dream role until you're in the thick of it. I grew so much from this role and learned so much not only about the character and her story but about myself. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Performing with all of the understudies in the show was such an honor, these people went above and beyond, bringing their characters to life in a new and fresh way, and I'm so honored to have gotten to share the stage with them for this one magical night. Thank you @leia.wasbotten for entrusting me with this role and giving me the freedom to tell the story of BW as I see it, and for supporting and encouraging me so much through this process. I'm forever grateful for you.

Barbara "BB" Baker's Wife, I hope to cross paths with you again, Terrence Terrence lll, I hope you grow up to be less weird than the rest of your family, and to the rest of the cast, you have my heart, this show was magic ❤️

Happy opening of Into the Woods at @mccperformingarts @mesacc.music.dance !!!!!
The amount of pride and joy I feel about this show is immense. It has one of the most challenging scores, and an incredibly intricate story that showcases the best and worst of humanity. I am honored to have worked with such incredible actors and creatives to make my dream of this production come to life!!! Everything is exceeding my expectations. Thank you ALL for being so vulnerable, connected, and passionate about telling this story. I have so much love for all involved!!!!

“Perhaps a sticky bun! Or Four!”
First dream role checked from my list! I am so so grateful for this experience, exploring the life of Little Red has been an honor, thank you so much to the MCC production team for this opportunity!
Into the woods was one of the musicals that made me want to be a performer, the metaphors and magic of the story is truly a work of art! This is what started it all so I’m so glad to be able to be apart of this beautiful show! And with such amazing cast members, I love everyone so so much and I’m so happy to be with so many friends and meet many more!!!
(Most emotional reaction I’ve had with costume and wigs, I don’t wanna take it off I loveeeeee it!)

Cali photo dump! I had such a blast at ACTF this year, and being with my friends!!!
I am so blessed to have made it to semi finals for singing and FINALS for dance!!!! The legendary Correy West taught us Broadway choreography from Ain’t Too Proud, it was amazing!!!! So much fun!
There was a day we went to the mall and took photos at LaLa land cafe on Alonzo’s stunning camera, and I had Din Tai Fung for the first time and started crying tears of joy from the chocolate dumplings (last photo lol)
Overall amazing trip with the most amazing people!

One of my favorite parts of the trip though was probably all the game nights with Jenn!!!
