A little 2 in 1 post. I’m beyond thankful for all the people who have supported me throughout my journey in sports, especially my family, friends and coaches. Every practice, game, bus ride, early mornings, and long nights became meaningful because I had such an amazing group of people beside me encouraging me every step of the way. My family never stopped believing in me, constantly pushing me to do my best and reminding me why I started in the first place. My coaches taught me so much more than just the game, they taught me discipline,teamwork, and how to keep pushing even when things got hard. I’m also so grateful for my teammates and friends who turned into FAMILY over the years. Through sports, I was able to meet so many amazing people and create friendships and memories that I’ll forever keep. From celebrating wins together to learning from losses, every moment helped shape who I am today. As I prepare to go off to college, it’s heartbreaking knowing this chapter of my life is coming to an end. Sports have been such a huge part of my life for so long, and I know I’ll truly miss the memories and especially the people. Even though I’m moving on to a new stage in life, I’ll always be grateful for everything. Thank You Lady Cat Athletics.
And to all my friends i’m leaving behind, This is the hardest part, yall have been such a huge part of my life and some of my best memories. Through every laughs, late-night talks, games, bad days, and good days, you all have helped shape me into the person I am today as well. I want yall to always stay true to yourselves and never change who you are just to fit in or make other people happy. I’ll miss seeing yall every day, but just know our friendships and memories will always stay with me no matter how far away at college i’ll be.Thank you for being there for me through everything.
