Not the results I wanted nor deserved, but the results I ended up with. I left it all on the mat and im so blessed to have the opportunity to compete. I came a long way since being knocked out the blood rounds sophomore year at districts. Thank you Brunswick wrestling for every moment that became a memory. Thank you coach Koshar for coming back to coach and pouring your all into me day after day. I thank my lifting coach as well as the college guys in the room that pushed me to be the best wrestler I could be. Thank you to my parents for their support over the past four years, they have put up with the latest nights and the earliest mornings with me all season long.

Lastly, I thank Sarah King for showing up with me and for me and being the best drill partner I could ask for. I wouldn’t want to go through the hardest days of my life with anyone else. You are my bestest friend and the most incredible teammate ever. I forever will be your warm up partner no matter the team.

I could not of asked for a better four years and im ready to keep proving my worth on the college mat.

The sport of wrestling = mental strength ; which is the ultimate tool for overcoming obstacles, fostering resilience, and shaping reality through focused thought. 📈Personal Growth.

📖: “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will”
