Don’t expect your friends to support you because most people only start cheering for you once you start levelling up.
Strangers will support you before the people you know ever do.

This is tough to write…
On average every week, 63 Aussies lose their battle with suicide and 75% are men.
That hits hard.
These are our brothers, sisters, parents, mates.

I’ve fought my own mental battles for years and running has always been where I’ve found freedom.

So on January 1st, 2026, I’m running 63km around Casey fields Atheltics Track:
One kilometre for every life lost each week to raise money for Men’s Line Australia. ❤️

I want anyone struggling to know: you’re not a burden, you’re not alone and your story isn’t over.

Let’s break the silence and change the stats. 🖤

Every week in Australia, we lose an average of 63 people to suicide and around 75% of them are men. These numbers aren’t just statistics they represent fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, mates and friends who didn’t get the support they needed.

I’ve struggled with my own mental health over the years and one thing that has always helped me is running. Out on the road or trail, I feel free, i feel alive.

January 1st 2026, I’m taking that feeling and turning it into something bigger. I’ll be running 63km to raise money for Men’s Line Australia, a service that provides confidential support and counselling for men in crisis.

I want to embrace this freedom and turn it into hope for others. I want to encourage everyone to get moving, get talking, and support those who need it most.

Let’s start 2026 by taking action, one step at a time.

Let’s break the silence.

Meet Cam

He’s a dad just like you

I asked him what he’d tell someone on the fence about betting on themselves

His answer stopped me in my tracks

“The online space has its share of noise and misinformation…
But you know what a job will never give you?

True freedom
Control of your time
The power to be there for your family without clocking out for it”

He’s right

A job won’t let you call the shots
It won’t let you plan your day around your kids instead of your boss
It won’t let you build something that’s yours

So if you’re standing where he once stood hesitating this is your sign

It’s time to be in your kids’ lives instead of just their photos
It’s time to make your wife smile because you’re finally home for dinner
It’s time to travel without begging for PTO
It’s time to wake up excited instead of exhausted

And that’s just the tip of the iceberg

Comment “boss” and I’ll show you exactly how the online space can give you all of that and more
