Last weekend in Kalamazoo (yes it's a real place)
I've found out over the last year that I'm an oyster guy, who would've thunk it. Incredible food and beverage at the @brickandbrinekz and an even more awesome treat seeing our friend Roger again, it's been way too long.

Animate Philadelphia!

Broadway was the unofficial theme this weekend as I got to assist the wonderfully talented @thebrycecapades, and nerd out HARD with @jmiglehart!

Made the obligatory sojourn to @jimssteaks1939, where the CelebWorx journey began, captivated the entire staff at @thecage_cocktail-bar with a full round of Blue Avengers, and celebrated the one-year Apple-versary with @lost_girl_anikatrina! (Is Philly the nexus of my con universe? 🤔)

Thank you, @candace__rose, for capturing the fun as our official photographer, @aaronmbiz for sharing my brain, @anc221b for just the right amount of whimsy, @kyleeroseart for taking the BA challenge, @theguerrillagirl for steering the whole dang ship, and thank you, as always, to @celebworx for another great opportunity!

More Sunday Sept 6th adventures. Tooling around town in San Diego before the comic con. Then afterward we couldn't decide between the Zoo and Coronado Beach so we decided to do both. Wrapped the whole day up with some delicious Mexican food with @arnesonweikel @arneson_bryan Samantha, Marisa, @quintonflynn1 and @the_david_hayter then headed back to LA. What a day. 😁🦒🦓🏖🌯

Another fun-filled eventful day in LA. Saturday September 5th we decided to wake up and go check out the @gettymuseum with our buddy of way too many years 😆, the talented @kj.johnson.art . We saw much art and amazing views. Then we went down to Little Tokyo and I bought a lot of models that I'm going to have to put together now LOL. We got some fantastic Sushi and then went back to the hotel to hop in the pool for a bit and then KJ had to go back and do her incredible work for some video games. Chilled out for a while and then met up with @mallorylow and @saabturboman for a wonderful dinner and conversation and then took some really nice pictures outside the building 😉😙 what better way to end the evening but at @cocoaandcreamla for some gelato and more great hangs. At this point I had to grow another stomach for all the food LOL.

Wow what a week it's been. I'm gong to have to post this trip by days lol. Thank you for the amazing food and lunch hang @jim_pirri . It's always awesome seeing you. The Grove was super cool, so much to see. @the.eden.sm is always a 10/10 place to stay and we JUST found out about the rooftop bar. It just went up to 11/10 😆 Glad to hang with my main man @scottmenville and grab some insanely good sushi. All in all a ridiculously cool start to the trip 😎🍝🛍🍣🍸

I'm really trying to come up with the right words to convey how much this guy meant and what a huge gut punch this is. We had the absolute privilege of hanging with Peter a few times and he was every bit as awesome as you hoped he would be. A truly caring and generous person. His performances in my very early childhood health shape who I am and how I think about things. Optimus Prime is probably my favorite character of all time in fiction. No matter what problems you had in life you always had robot dad to make you feel better. The things he did with that character were truly iconic among all the other voices and characters he helped create over the years. There have been a lot of losses that hurt but this one feels like a huge part of kid me was ripped out today. The only good thing about the situation is the wonderful memories he left with everyone that he met and with the incredible body of work he left behind. That's all I got. Roll out 🥲💙❤️
