The last night of a trip is always an opportunity to create a lasting memory. And this one was certainly no exception.
We closed out our time in London at The Dorchester with a dinner that felt like the culmination of everything that came before it - new friends, old friends, and 25 people gathered around a custom-built table designed to bring the park indoors.
Every culinary outlet from The Dorchester and 75 Park Lane was represented, turning the evening into an interactive journey rather than simply a dinner. It began in the hotel’s kitchen over glasses of champagne, continued through the big reveal, and ended with music, laughter, and all of us discovering a personalized cocktail kit to participate in making our own espresso martinis.
It was thoughtful. Unexpected. Joyful. And completely unforgettable.
The kind of evening where, before the night is even over, everyone is already talking about coming back.
Not the itinerary on paper.
This room. These people. This moment, at the end of it all.

London's reputation runs on the traditional: the Abbey, the Palace, the pomp. Spend a day on the modern side instead and the city holds up just as well. Sky Garden for a skyline that's free to visit and costs nothing but a reservation. The Tate Modern's Turbine Hall for scale you cannot get anywhere else. Dinner at CUT at 45 Park Lane by Wolfgang Puck to close it out. A different London, and just as worth the time.

Falconry before breakfast, riding stables, a luxruious spa (with the best facial) built into the old dairy: a property is only as good as what you can do without leaving it, and Coworth Park does not make you want to leave. This is the piece people miss when they think of London as only a city trip. Just a short journey outside it, and the pace changes completely. Worth remembering that a great countryside hotel can do the work of half a London itinerary on its own.

Dreaming about the English countryside and sharing more of my adventures. A polo club on the estate, Georgian stone underfoot, and London less than an hour away if you want it. Coworth Park is the property that convinced me a UK trip does not have to choose between countryside and city. After a long flight, this was the start for our London trip and it set the tone for everything that followed. If you are building a UK itinerary and want a countryside base with easy access into the city, this is the perfect option.

Relationships. I will say it everyday and twice on Sunday. The wedding industry is built on relationships. I am not saying that you don’t have to be excellent at your craft, offer top tier customer service and deliver a superior product. But at the end of the day, it’s the relationship with colleagues and planners that makes the tide rise. Invitations lead to collaborations, collaborations broaden your audience and open doors. When Dani of @danifinephotography asked us to come on board, who would pass up the chance to get their work in front of a room filled with brilliant strong women. Glasses were “clinked” and smiles were exchanged over an incredible meal at @lepavillonnyc
Thank you @candelnuria for allowing us a small part.

As I mention collaboration, we have learned you are only as good as your partners. Maria over at @sociallyscripted ALWAYS takes our insane ideas and brings them to life. Her value is immeasurable. This woman never gives up. We as always love to work along the most talented Sandra at @ovandoworld and it was all captured by the gifted eye of @danifinephotography . Thank you all so much for the invitation to be a part of this intimate gathering.

Just touched down back in London after a brilliant week in the US 🇺🇸
A few days catching up with friends and clients in LA, then on to @engagesummits for an amazing time in Santa Barbara. First visit to SB and absolutely loved it.
Escaping the cold and seeing industry friends before the year wraps up. A couple more flights to go until the end of the year… excited for Christmas in London 🎄🇬🇧🎄

Still swooning over my time at Coworth Park 💫 From the second I walked up to that storybook manor tucked into 240 acres of dreamy English countryside, it felt like the start of a romance movie. 🥂

Cocktails on the lawns, polo matches under the sun, visits with the sweetest horses, and dinner under twinkly lights that made the night feel like pure magic. ✨ My room was a cozy little haven, mornings started with spa swims (yes, with underwater music 🎶), and every corner of the grounds was more breathtaking than the last.

It was the kind of weekend where you fall in love; with the place, the moments, the whole countryside glow. 🌿 I cannot wait to bring my couples here to celebrate their own love stories… and if someone says “let’s do Christmas at Coworth”? ❄️🎄 Just know I’ll be there, fully ready for fireside cocktails, frosted fields, horse-drawn carriages, and major The Holiday vibes (Cameron Diaz cottage energy included). 😉💍✨
