**PART 4 OF 5 · THE DIFFERENCE** The real ones ask. 👇 If someone hands you a peptide protocol without asking a single question about you, that's not a protocol. That's a guess. I have been seeing too many gym bros and stay at home moms that are self-proclaimed wellness experts, being absolutely careless. It's endangering people’s health and they really could care less about you. They just want to put out content for attention and then sell you on their discount code that they don't even the compounds even come from. Before we ever say "you need this," we take your full history: ◆ Medical history ◆ Past HRT ◆ Past peptides ◆ Vitamins & supplements ◆ Short- and long-term effects ◆ Lifestyle ◆ Exercise (or not) ◆ Surgeries & injuries ◆ Where you are mentally, emotionally, chemically & spiritually Why? Because your body has a story. What worked for your buddy at the gym, your favorite influencer, or the guy selling vials out of his trunk was built around *their* story, not yours. Their protocol is for them. Yours should be built for you. That's the difference between someone who sells peptides and someone who actually takes care of you. 📍 Book your consultation: www.cellularlongevity.co 🔁 Save this and send it to someone who's been "winging it." Next up, Part 5. 👀 #TheLongevityClub #Peptides #PeptideTherapy #LongevityMedicine #DrMikeLife

Open Bikini Overall. 🏆 Novice Bikini Overall. 🏆 The first pictures in this carousel were taken on January 5, 2025. Since then, I’ve lost 50 pounds—but the physical transformation is only a fraction of what it took to get here. There has been so much inner work behind these results. Learning to love myself enough to keep promises to myself. To become disciplined enough to follow a strict program even when no one was watching. To understand that discipline isn’t punishment—it’s self-respect. This journey required me to grow mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. It required sacrifice, consistency, uncomfortable conversations with myself, and becoming someone capable of executing at a higher level. So much growth has happened in such a short amount of time. And honestly? I feel like I’m just getting started. My eyes are on Nationals next. 😤 I am incredibly grateful for my coach, Kim Oddo, and every single person who has supported me along this journey—my patients, friends, family, gym buddies, and everyone who has followed my story and watched me grow. You have all been part of this chapter. Like Kim said in our interview… this is just the beginning. 😈🏆 The next level up is about to be crazy. @bodybyo @kimbooddo @musclecontest

Temple Gym. Birmingham, England. Some training sessions you remember forever. Hitting rack pulls alongside 6× Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates, in the gym where one of the greatest physiques in bodybuilding history was built. No fancy equipment. No perfect lighting. No cameras set up for content. Just heavy iron, intensity, and the opportunity to train alongside a man who helped redefine what HARD training actually looked like. Nearly two decades later, I still appreciate what moments like this taught me. You can read about intensity. You can watch it. You can talk about it. But there’s a completely different understanding that comes from being in the room with someone who lived it at the absolute highest level. Temple Gym, Birmingham 2008. 465lbs Rack pulls with The Shadow. #DorianYates #HellWeek #Bodybuilding #OldSchoolBodybuilding #TheShadow

True longevity isn’t just about adding years to your life. It’s about building healthy habits that become part of your everyday life and sharing them with the people around you. Train together. Eat well together. Prioritize recovery together. Taking care of your health is even better when the people you love are doing it with you. 🫶🏻 Longevity is a lifestyle, not a destination. #longevitylifestyle #wellnesseducation #movebetter #recovery

Yesterday I got to spend the day at a posing event at Metroflex Oceanside surrounded by some of the people who have shaped this sport—including the Godfather of Bodybuilding himself Charles Glass, Wendy Fortino, her coach Matt Allen, the Giant Killer Shawn Ray, judge Candace Conroy, and so many others. Charles helped me with my flat spinal erectors, and Wendy helped me find a better way to show my shoulders in my front pose. Two little adjustments that can make a BIG difference. I’m incredibly grateful that people at this level are willing to share their knowledge and help athletes like me get better. I never want to stop learning. And of course, I couldn’t go without my adopted gym son, Derek. 😁 He’s 19, wants to be a bodybuilder, and I was happy to bring him out to meet the crew. Huge thank you to @metroflex_oceanside for opening the doors and bringing this community together. And thank you to everyone who took the time to teach, encourage, and share a little piece of their experience with us. Still learning. Still growing. Still building. And I’m damn grateful for the people I get to learn from along the way. 🏆💛 #BodybuildingCommunity #IFBBPro #FigurePro #IFBBFigure #FigureBodybuilding
