What a result! 👏

Huge congratulations to Osun and the entire Blue Therapy team on making the 2026 Grierson Awards longlist for Best Constructed and Formatted Documentary Series.

So wonderful to see the series recognised in this way. A huge achievement and very well deserved. 💙

Congratulations to everyone involved! 👏✨

It’s HERE!

The programme I produced last year is finally on @netflixuk. ‘Blue Therapy’ is an 8-part series where seven couples move out of their comfort zones and onto the therapist’s couch to try and work through their relationship issues.

Through blood, sweat and tears we got there! Give it a binge watch and let me know what you think!

Only 4 days to go until @bluetherapy drops on Netflix 🎬✨

I had the best time filming with such an incredible cast and crew. It’s truly one of those experiences I’ll always be grateful for. Here’s a little BTS of what I got up to 👀

The atmosphere on set was amazing and filled with so much positivity from start to finish.

I can’t wait for you all to see what we’ve been working on… it’s been worth it 💙

I’ve spent many years building community with @weare.pana - leading, teaching & holding space.

But at @blackatglasto_, I got to experience something different.

I was part of an incredible team and on the receiving end of what community really means: contributing, supporting, and resting.

Being part of the first space at Glastonbury to centre Black culture, creativity and care was iconic in so many ways. But what surprised me most was how it helped me see the power of community through a completely different lens.

It’s been two weeks and I’m still reflecting and reliving it all through the photos ☺️

So here are 6 things @blackatglasto_ reminded me about community 🌱

Huge love to everyone I worked alongside. Thank you for making it what it was.

If you’ve found a community you love, hold it close and give back to that ecosystem. And if you haven’t yet, trust that your space is out there and it’ll be something special when you find it!
