POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

When something changes with our pets, it’s easy to go straight into worry mode.

What do I do?
Who do I call?
What am I missing?

One of the things I’ve learned, both personally and professionally, is to breathe, take a step back, and look at the whole picture.

That way of thinking is a big part of why I’m excited to introduce our new podcast:

Three Vet Techs in a Holistic World

Three veterinary professionals bringing together our experience in vet medicine with the questions, observations, and holistic tools that can help us better understand the animals in front of us.

We’ll talk about what happens beyond the vet visit like food, movement, behavior, comfort, root causes, and all those little clues our pets give us every day.

Episode 1 is where it all begins: who we are, how we got here, and why we believe veterinary care and holistic approaches can work together.

Sometimes the first step isn’t doing more.

Sometimes it’s pawsing long enough to notice what your pet is telling you.

Episode 1 is available now! On Spotify, Apple, and YouTube @k9fitnessworks.

Live your best life with your dog

You Don’t Have to Adopt to Change a Pet’s Life

Animal shelters are the safety net for millions of pets each year, providing medical care, nourishment, and hope to animals who have nowhere else to turn.

With 5 to 7 million animals entering shelters annually, these organizations work tirelessly to care for every animal that comes through their doors. But they can’t do it alone.

There are countless ways to make a difference:

Donate supplies or funds that provide food, medical care, and comfort to animals waiting for homes.

Volunteer your time to walk dogs, socialize cats, or help with shelter operations—your presence brings joy to animals who need human connection.

Spread the word about adoptable pets in your network. Sometimes all it takes is the right person seeing the right animal.

Sponsor a pet by covering their care costs while they wait for adoption, giving them the time they need to find their perfect match.

Every act of kindness creates a ripple effect. When shelters have the resources and support they need, they can save more lives, provide better care, and help more animals find loving homes.

You have the power to change a pet’s life—and in doing so, you might just find that they change yours too.

Join us this January 24th. Visit your local shelter or rescue organization to learn how you can help.

How do you support your local shelter or rescue? Whether you volunteer, donate, or spread the word—we’d love to hear how you’re making a difference. Share below!

THINK ABOUT THIS...⁣
⁣
How long does it take you to craft an email and send it to your team?⁣
⁣
How long does it take you to build a text series with automatic replies?⁣
⁣
How long does it take you to archive your live videos into YouTube?⁣
⁣
How long does it take you to build a landing page that leads to an email series?⁣
⁣
How long does it take you to pull reports 3x per month and take action on those reports?⁣
⁣
How could you be growing (instead of maintaining) your business during that time?⁣

Why Young Living?

I want to give a quick understanding of why I love this company so much, why I choose to partner with them, and why I share their products with everyone I know.

1. The Products: Truly the best. Hands down. There is no other company where you can walk right onto their farms and look at the products yourself. You can also watch them distill their oils right there. No shortcuts. Everything is ethically sourced. And PURE essential oils—no fillers or lab-produced junk. They take pride in their work and have their own scientists on staff to ensure the end product is nothing short of perfection.

2. The People: I have made the best friends through this company. I’m not exaggerating. The people have become my family. It’s incredible. We talk DAILY. I couldn’t imagine a world without them. It’s amazing what working with a company can do for your personal life. I literally don’t know where the line between work and play is with them.

3. The Company: Since partnering with YL, I have attended the YL Convention every year. I’ve now been to three. It’s my “vacation,” even though it’s considered work. I get to hang out with the President, VPs, Executives, Staff, and Farmers of YL. The Company’s mission is so in line with my values. And this year our fearless founder, Mary, spoke to us from the heart as she always does. But this year she reminded us of two very important things: 1) She will NEVER sell out to a public company, and 2) God is in charge (oh, and never mind the freedom rant she went off on about the right to our own families and the madness they are teaching our kids in schools). Mary is the real deal. I love her—I’m quite protective of her. God is at the center of her heart, and she wants nothing more than to empower us with the gifts He’s provided us.

Each year I’ve attended the conference, I have walked away closer and stronger in YL’s purpose: we are farmers and families—creators, distillers, and dreamers who harness the power of nature’s living energy to enrich humanity.

My mission is to bring essential oils into your homes, to move you away from toxic chemicals, and to provide education on God’s natural gifts.

Be blessed 🙏🏼
