With the weather being so warm for so long, this was the first time I’d ran Ern all season; I was sooooo nervous about the start line but we absolutely smashed it!
Ern was on fire for 3K, then he decided he’d had enough and we’d walk the rest 🤣

Flying into a new week and the official photos from @canix_uk are up!

The short 2.5k course was a perfect intro back into racing for Pip, he absolutely gave it his all and we came home with a bunch of PB’s. I still can’t believe we managed it in 9:33, the interval training has paid off!

Girly whirly weekend at @canix_uk Dalby 💛🐾🌲

Taking my little sidekick Izzy along for a weekend celebrating all the brilliant women in our canicross world! 🏃‍♀️🐕
There’s been running, playing, cycling, plenty of brews in our friends’ van and now we’re settling into a cosy cottage for the night. 🥹☕️

Because it’s not just about the miles, it’s about the memories, the friendships and showing our little girls how brilliant it is to be surrounded by women who lift each other up. 💕

Well done to all of our members at @canix_uk Dalby this weekend.

Special mention to Team Sage who were 1st in category and Team Connie who were 2nd in category.

Most importantly though, it was great to see all of the dogs loving the races and to catch up with friends from across the #canicrosscommunity (it’s been a while for some of us 🥴)
