YES… THAT’S A SATIN FINISH! 🤯🔥

Not gloss. SATIN! 👀

Just TWO sprayed top coats of Caparol CapaFlow and the results speak for themselves!

The smoothness, the uniformity the way the light catches the surface… absolutely unreal! 💎

This is what happens when quality products meet proper preparation and application. 👌

Caparol CapaFlow supplied by @paint.base 🤝

Honestly, this finish has blown me away! 🔥

🎨 Ceiling Painting Day
Today we’re painting ceilings using Caparol CapaSilan @caparoluk

A nice job for us to be involved with and quite a transformation… this is our 3rd office in this block and always amazes me how much it changes.

All Ceilings were sprayed in Caparol Amphibolin in Ral 9005 supplied by @coastlinedeccentre.

Walls and and woodwork were Dulux heritage Oxford Blue, Lavender grey and White.

All ready for the clients to have their branding put on the walls and get the rest of the equipment fitted.

I look forward to seeing it all completed and ready to use.

One of the worst in my career ‼️

A 32 years old kitchen was in for a treat last month.
Started with a full degreasing on doors and parts, and OMG , it turned out the previous coat was applied to the surface that wasn’t prepared properly.
On some doors went back to the original colour.

After a really good prep it was finally ready to apply @caparoluk haftprimer product, then followed with Capaflow matte.

Walls and ceiling needed a bit of work too, and don’t forget the door/ radiator and bit of skirting.

The end result and customer reaction was priceless 👌🏻
Client was over the moon no doubt.

Today I was invited to meet with the director of @paint.base to discuss their full range of products supplied from their store in Hilsea, Portsmouth.

Having been a decorator for nearly 25 years, it’s easy to get stuck on using the same products and paint brands, without exploring what’s available on the market.

@paint.base supplies have given me some samples to try out on one of my next projects. They are the local stockist of @caparoluk and @tikkurila_uk.

I was so happy with the @caparoluk haftprimer, I switched over to using it about a year ago!

I’m excited to try out and give my honest opinion and feedback on more of their products on future jobs!

First impressions when you enter this stunning property have just gone from all white faded paint on everything, to something special.

One minute you’re dressed for the job… next minute it’s spray mode activated. 😎➡️🥷💨

Back on our current project getting these ceilings sprayed and bringing them one step closer to the finish. 👌

On the gun today is @caparoluk CapaTrend, supplied by the guys at @paint.base , going through my trusty @graco_contractor_club GX21 a machine I purchased from the one and only @spraydirect and one that’s earned its keep on plenty of jobs since. 🔫💨

There’s just something satisfying about watching a ceiling disappear under a fresh coat. 🤌

Prep. Suit up. Spray. Repeat.
