Seriously the best granola recipe on the planet from @feedingfam. I wanted to use up what I had and the Master Granola recipe delivered. I love how it sparks creativity and adapts to what you have. @feedingfam is a chef and you can find her services here @caper_rva. You will not be disappointed. Master Granola Recipe
Makes 5-6 cups

Ingredients
Syrup Mix
⅔ cup maple syrup (honey, sorghum syrup, brown sugar)
⅓ cup virgin coconut oil
½ teaspoon fine sea salt (kosher)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Base Mix
4 cups Old Fashioned Oats
½ cup shredded coconut
1 cup mixed nuts (pecans, walnuts, pistachios, cashews)
½ cup seeds (poppy, pepitas, sesame, flax, sunflower)
1 cup dried fruit (cherry, cranberry, apricot, dates, apple, raisins)

Directions
In a small pot over low heat combine syrup, oil, and salt. Stir until bubbly, take off heat, add vanilla and proceed to mix the base.
The base mixture can be combined of what you have on hand also adjusted to your preference. Have 2 sheet pans ready. Preheat the oven to 300℉
In a large bowl combine all the ingredients you wish to use, oats, coconut, nuts, and seeds. Do not mix the dried fruit in at this stage. Pour your syrup mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well until all the dry ingredients have been coated. Spread mixture evenly between the two sheet pans. Bake for 10 minutes, take out and mix gently. Continue baking and mixing in 10 minute intervals for a total of 40 minutes. Allow to cool on the sheet pans and then break up and mix in dried fruit and place in jars for storage.

Come to Chef Jenny Tremblay's demo this Sat, 10-Noon, to learn how to make Panzanella, a super versatile Italian bread salad, a great way to use seasonal ingredients, and customize it to make it your own. Watch, learn, ask questions, try a taste, and take home a recipe card.
