Yesterday shifted something in me, and my good friends fear and doubt gave me a visit!

So i listened to what they had to say, and i almost caved but I realized non of those voices belong to my future.

So I gave them a hug and let them hangout in the back, while I gathered the courage to take the next step, trust, and share this with you in case it would inspire you to trust too!
Even if the outside world doesn’t look like your dreams, let the world catch up with you ♥️

If you wanna come support check out link in bio cappywithali.com💙

Was an honor to celebrate @alievlyfe 🤍

Meditation is such a beautiful way to share and truly elevate our energy. The amplitude of that energy becomes so much stronger when we meditate together in groups, and that’s why I do these events every month — to create more love for ourselves and for each other.

And when there’s more love, there’s more space for creation, expansion, and manifestation. ✨

Tune into more of my events in LA — link in bio 🌀

SIGN UP FOR NEXT EVENT INFO IN BIO — We are creators, whether you are conscious of it or not. as Carl Jung said “until you make the unconscious conscious it will run your life and you will call it fate.” Meditation allows you to be aware of you thoughts and create anything. At this event I teach some simple science and techniques for you to apply and manifest just like many people that are consciously creating a future!
