Though not officially part of the Demon Slayer Corps, Kurozome is a known figure among the Hidden, the Ubuyashiki family, and certain upper-rank slayers like Gyomei and Muichiro.
* Engages demons only when rituals are violated, or spiritual balance is disrupted.
* Considered an uncontrollable asset—too powerful to provoke, too chaotic to rely on.
* Has been sought out by hashira-level demon slayers to break curses, locate elusive Upper Moons, or deal with possession cases.

❖ History
Little is known of Kurozome’s origins, only that he once served as a guardian deity to a now-forgotten forest shrine. Over time, the shrine was abandoned, and so was he.
He wandered for centuries, observing humans with vague detachment—until he found Tamao, a dusty maneki-neko statue left to fade beside an old torii gate.
That was the first time he stayed.
Now, Kurozome walks between worlds, a fox-god with no temple, no rules, and no clear intentions—except to rest where he pleases, cause mischief when bored, and quietly shelter the one who makes the tea taste warm again.
