A new location, a new chapter 🤍

I’m happy to share that my upcoming classes will be taking place at White Lotus Yoga Studio.

It’s a beautiful space, full of light, and perfect location. I’m looking forward to creating new memories here and seeing you on the mat 🤗

We had to leave our previous studio after the owner decided to rent the whole space to someone else.

Upcoming classes:
• September 16 & 30 — Yoga & Pilates, 6–7 PM
• Every Sunday in October — Vinyasa Yoga, here CORRECTION, as per your requests 11 AM instead
Every class ends with our little tradition of tea + GF, SF & DF treats 🤍

The address and full details are in the carousel.
If you’d like to join, send me a message 🙏🏻. There is no booking system on the web.

I’m also very open to your questions and suggestions.
And sharing a few of my favorite moments from our previous classes here too. 🫶🏻

This Sunday we have a little special class 💚
Instead of our usual tea time and cake, we will meet a bit earlier for an afternoon matcha latte or coffee before the class ☕️🍵

Come little before 16:30, we will start from a drink before the class.

From a nutritionist point of view, I should admit that ideally we don’t want to have too much caffeine after 16–17:00, so we are actually right on time 😊 And it can give us a little extra energy for our YogaPilates practice.

I will have almond milk for the matcha/coffee. If you prefer another type of milk, you are very welcome to bring your own :)

You will also get a little healthy cookie 🍪 You can enjoy it later after the class if you are not a fan of eating something before training.

And one more little update: I am thinking about introducing a Friday morning class from September. There will also be a new pricing system with 5 and 10 class pass cards.

Stay tuned, I will share more information very soon ✨

If you have any nutrition questions, feel free to bring them along. Over brunch, I’ll be happy to share practical tips and recommendations to help you feel your best during the summer heat months - all in a relaxed, informal conversation.

We love matcha, and we’re happy to share that love with our guests. 🍵

We may be one of the first yoga and Pilates spaces in Budapest to offer complimentary matcha before or after class. For Julia’s afternoon classes, herbal tea is always served alongside a healthy treat.

Come disconnect, recharge, meet wonderful people, and enjoy your favorite drink. Not like a coffee shop, but if your energy is running low, we’re always happy to offer something that provides a gentle boost—whether before your practice or afterward 😌

A special thank you to @capras.visual for this incredible video. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better result. And vibrant colors of @aoi_matcha made it even better ! This is exactly why giving creative people the freedom and space to create—the outcome is always something truly special. ✨

Ma csak annyit kérek….
.
Abban, amit adhatok.
