Back in March, Connor received a call to serve in the San Antonio, Texas mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He was to report in the Provo MTC on September 30th, 2026. It seemed like a long ways away! Time did its thing… graduation, new babies, lots of summer memories, rugby tournaments, summer job and BOOM, here we are! Today, Elder Swapp left for 2 years. His life, day in and day out, will be dedicated to serving as a full-time volunteer missionary, and minister… a representative of Jesus Christ, sharing the GOSPEL, the good news, of a living Savior of the world. He will learn and grow in ways that only come through this unique time of life! He will be in the Provo MTC training for 2 weeks, and then fly to Texas, where he will be part of the “San Antonio North mission”. There he will be assigned a companion who will also be his trainer. Life will look very different for the next couple years!! I’m so excited for him! I’m grateful that he gets to have this powerful experience at this time of his life. It’s not easy. It’s not always fun! It’s a giant sacrifice! AND, we know, that when we sacrifice, and give our heart and mind to God, He will do amazing things with us! ✨ we were told 884 young missionaries entered the MTC today. The most recent reports I have seen indicate there are upwards of 90,000 missionaries serving throughout the world. You might notice their black tags… walking or riding bikes 2 by 2 …. Usually with giant smiles on their faces! Do me a favor… wave! Smile! 😊 they have left it all behind to share HOPE! To express LOVE … they are pretty adorable 🥰 don’t ever be afraid to talk to them! They are learning as they go! What a remarkable opportunity! Im going to miss the heck out of Connor!! And I can’t wait to be a witness to his experiences! Bless these precious young missionaries, and their good leaders and friends!! My hearts going to TEXAS!! ✨❤️ #seeyaintwo #elderconnorswapp

What an EPIC experience!! Mixed women’s doubles with my girl @capri.swapp ✨✨🔥 so proud of US!! This little event is no joke!! SLC HYROX is in the books!! 💪 Capri and I finished about 1:36, including a nasty calf cramp delay just after half way! We were an AMAZING TEAM! No one I’d rather sweat this much with!! Thanks for being my partner Caps! And thanks for the ever-so-gentle-nudge to sign up @chelsi.wood ⭐️ we had such a great time, once it was over!! 👏👏👏 and big shoutout to every single athlete who takes HYROX on as a challenge!! We were so inspired to be among so many powerful athletes!! #slchyrox #hyrox #heidiswapp
