A Facebook memory popped up today & took me back..

5 years ago, I was home from Los Angeles, pouring everything I had into building an online fitness community. Five years ago, I invited anyone who would come—friends, family, even strangers—to meet me at the Chestnut Ridge gazebo for a $5 workout.

Only about 8 people showed up.

I’d be lying if I said I didn’t have a little doubt. But whether they came to support me or just wanted a good workout, they showed up. And that was enough to keep me believing in what I was building.

Fast forward to today. We opened @themergemethod in February, and watching this community grow has been the greatest reminder that big things really do start small. Seeing our members get stronger, gain confidence, and keep showing up for themselves has made every step of the journey worth it.

The Merge is for everyone. Community will always come first. The workout comes second.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to try it, this is it. 🤍

Meet Jordan - owner of @wildroots716 🪩 I’ve had the pleasure of having her as my neighbor in the @capriseandco salon (my studio is located in their loft space) since I moved in last July.

She’s sweet, amazing at what she does and has the cutest style! And now she’s expanding her business to a newer bigger location this spring 🌺

PASSION 2026 ✝️

Seeing 45,000 young adults come together to praise one name was completely overwhelming. There are no words to describe the wonder, adoration, and surrender we all witnessed. My mind was flooded with pictures of Heaven and the angels rejoicing, to know that what we felt was merely a glimpse at what our eternity will look like - again, there are no words to do it justice.
