💗🌞🌴A little gratitude for another gorgeous day. Salty toes and a warm ocean, abs, our work & our communities, early mornings & neon sunrises with our dogs. The joy of human connection, whip cream on your coffee (places where a $1 cup of joe still exists @captainsgroundscoffee 🫶🏽😍), a strong body, a peaceful mind. The gift to love and heal and simply be alive. Feeling really grateful today: for the precious, simple, daily everything’s that often go unnoticed. Pause, go outside, soak in the wonders of the natural world & take a second to celebrate all the little things that make our lives so beautiful , so blessed and so touched with everyday magic.

Accidentally hit post. Gonna roll with it. You deserve to celebrate the hard work you put in. You deserve to be so crazy in love with yourself that if anyone you meet along the path doesn’t match the effort or enthusiasm you bring, you feel confident to say thank you for - for your time, your energy - your lesson & you leave them there along the way; moving forward with your integrity & head held high cause you know the work you do & the value you add. Normalizing leaving people, places and things better than we found them is our work to do. The rest is out of our control. Back to basics. Growth, and resilience, and set backs and detours and curiosity and surrender. Healing isn’t linear, so onward we go 🖤💫 Back to self care and loving the people around us. Real humans, connecting on real levels: what a treasure it is to live like that

Made your bed? Good. First win of the day.

Now keep it going.

Drink your water. Hit your protein. Get your steps. Smash your workout. Be good to your family.

Nothing complicated. Just keep making good decisions.

Stack enough of those together and life starts to change.

Keep stacking wins.

The cutest little beach cottages.

Just around the corner from the hotel you can get lost in nature.

76 degrees ☀️

45 minutes of FUN.

Who doesn’t love a sunset shower.

As fresh as it gets.

Spent hours cruising around.

The sky was showing off!

Best way to beat the afternoon heat.
