Sacramento Running Week is here! Start the week strong with Cap Tappers at Capitol Beer and Taproom @capitolbeer 2222 Fair Oaks Blvd. Meet at 6:30 pm, we'll run to Guy West Bridge, @photosbybpark will be there, and we'll do a new big group photo by the Guy West Bridge! $5 beer special at Cap Tap!

For the group photo: wear your Cap Tappers Tie Dye! Or any Cap Tappers shirt, or any Tie Dye Shirt, or just bring yourself.

We are celebrating the completion of @shamrocknhalfmarathon on Sunday, March 15 at @ateasebrewingco.

Meet up with us at 1 pm at the brewery to party. Green Beer will be on draught & they’re still serving Girl Scout Cookie Pairings! We’ll have food with @thesprig_sacramento .

Shamrock’n participants get $2 off all pints of beer. Bring your medal!

THIS is what building a running community looks like. 🏃‍♀️❤️

What started as a little table at New Helvetia has grown into a force of love that now takes up half a brewery. And we’re just getting started.

Tonight marked our first meeting in planning for Sacramento Running Week 2026. We’re so grateful for every organizer who showed up, shared ideas, projects, and committed to building sac running week.

Missed the meeting? No worries…DM us and we’ll fill you in!

Organizers: stay tuned 👀 We’ll be circling up again in early summer for round two.

You never know what to expect race day and listening to your body takes courage. So whether you DNS, DNF, got a shiny new PR, BQ’ed or just lived in every mile. I AM SO PROUD OF YOU!

I’m not the same me, but a softer, stronger, more grounded version. Postpartum wasn’t just about healing my body… it was about rebuilding my identity. Finding the people who still fit or who wanted to be there through the good and bad. To every mama still finding her way: you’re not lost, you’re becoming. It’s ok to take your time.
