POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The cost of keeping the peace is rarely immediate.

It shows up later.

In what wasn’t said.

In what you softened.

In what you carried internally to avoid tension.

Most disconnection doesn’t come from conflict.

It comes from self-silencing.

And over time, that silence starts to shape how connected you feel to yourself.

Abandoning your Relationship with Striving

For the past week I've been reflecting on an intense and intimate new member initiation session for @thelovelofts

For this client, who's a mom of 3, full time employee, business owner and divorcee...

She's achieved so much...helping clients transform their lives through her style and branding business, purchased a home, hosting events, relocated, raising her boys all while working her full-time career and school...yet, she has a deeply embedded relationship and pattern of always striving.

This relationship with Striving has caused stress, self sabotage and downright exhaustion from never fully feeling secure, enough or arrived.

When you're in this state of being, you will always attempt to grow and expand to your next level in ways that reflect and subconsciously keep you in the same pattern of never enough/striving.

Striving to feel worthy of the life you want

Striving for the love, friendships and partner you want

Striving for the money and career and never feeling like you are secure or have enough

You can't create your next level from this identity because that would be contradictory to what you believe is true and what you're deserving of.

You, whether you like it or not, believe you are only worthy of striving.

So for the upcoming weeks we'll focus on shifting these patterns and embodying the Anchored version of self.

Want to learn more about this?
Join me November 1st at @brwngrlwellness

Not in the Philadelphia area? Just send a DM and we'll discuss how you can book a private session to create your expansion map and get you anchored and ready for your next level.

Do you need to Abandon your relationship with Striving?

One thing I wish I learned much sooner: how to anchor.

It’s not just about leaping into your next level.

It’s about grounding into it so your nervous system, habits, and self-worth can hold expansion.

Without anchoring, I spent years cycling between emotional highs and crushing lows…

AND Clients feel it too:
▫️ The career leap that still leaves them secretly feeling unworthy.
▫️ The new relationship that triggers old wounds.
▫️ The income jump that doesn’t feel secure because self-worth hasn’t caught up.

Anchoring is what breaks the cycle.

It’s what allows you to embody the version of yourself that can sustain what you’ve created.

I wrote more about this in my latest Substack article.

I created the Expansion Experience as a transformational portal for those who know they’re meant for more — more love, more money, and deeper alignment with the life they dream about.

Here’s the truth:
Your patterns are either keeping you stuck in burnout, self-doubt, and disconnection… or they’re elevating you into your next level.

This experience is designed to help you:

Identify how your patterns are affecting your love, money, and worthiness

Release what’s holding you back so you stop dragging the past into your future

Recalibrate your nervous system so you can receive more with ease

Create a simple embodiment plan to confidently step into the lifestyle waiting for you

Think of it as relaxation meets strategy — a 90-minute shift that clears old blocks, anchors you in the messy middle, and maps out your next level with clarity and certainty.

And because expansion is amplified in community, you’ll be surrounded by like-minded souls also choosing alignment — which means you may leap into your next level even faster.

This isn’t just another event.
It’s a portal into your highest self.

After years of coaching, one truth has become impossible to ignore:

No matter how successful someone looks on the outside, if they’re caught in a subconscious patterns, they will keep circling back to the same cycles of unworthiness in love and money.

I’ve seen brilliant, soul-led leaders build thriving businesses — but still feel small, insecure, and undeserving in relationships.

I’ve watched creatives and high achieving professionals finally land their dream opportunities — only to sabotage their success because the same unworthiness wound that once played out in love now whispers in their career.

The loop looks different for everyone, but the pattern is the same.

That’s why I mapped out the 8 Love Loops — the invisible cycles that create feast-or-famine in both your relationships and your finances.

Once you identify your loop, you can finally step into self-worth that feels anchored, not fragile.
