Finished off with my favorite circuit, 5 sets of “ Evolution of 3’s “ 💪🏾😤💪🏾 when I did this the other night I broke it up into a few different workout, but this was the last set and I chose to do:
-Power cleans
-SuperMan-DeadStop-Plyo•PushUps
-ChinUps
I was training with Bardock that evening, and realized that he may be of Uchiha descent. Uchiha bloodline mixed with Saiyan bloodline is a scary beautiful myth if you ask me. But I’m gonna need it for the next tournament of power as I hear Goku has finally acknowledge my challenge to him, and I will need everything in the bag to defeat him 💪🏾😤💪🏾

Keep rising 🔥☀️🔥RISE until you get to where you need to be! I agree with 99% of the statement being explained background of this reel. Yes I do agree that one should rise so the hungry packs of “ hyenas do not try to destroy you from their own envy, admiration is not the end goal for a sigma males. I wanna rise to a level where I can inspire, admiration will come with that more so I am looking at myself rising to a level that will allow me to bring others that are aspiring to reach heights of a lion stand on 💪🏾😤💪🏾 I surround myself with other lions who lead the way and keep me accountable :
