Saturday, 10/3/26, be ready to witness the MOST COMPETITIVE, most EXCITING, most fun FUN way to play women’s basketball you’ve ever seen.
5:30-8pm, be there
@shoot360louisville -
9400 Dayflower St, Prospect, KY 40059
5v5 competitive gameplay with refs, 10 min running clock per game, ALTbasketball provided jerseys for players/teams, players mic’d up on court 🎤, cameras behind backboard into the rim, Instagram livestream, multiple cameras… player interviews, commentary, footage posted to IG, FB, YouTube.

Organized by Nick Lopez, founder of ALTbasketball, Inc.
this is a no cost to play or watch ALTbasketball event, it’s for the community. We are in it together. ALTbasketball is for all of us.

You’ll see how we prioritize the women’s game as we build out the national pro women’s league and support local league operators across the US who see opportunity to boost participation in and engagement with women’s basketball… particularly at the youth level.

Contrary to popular belief… actually girls basketball participation has been on a steady decline over the last 5 years. And there is just an acceptance of that and lack of resources and taking the women’s game seriously.

Despite even some of the best intentions, before ALTbasketball, therehas been no real move to counteract the challenges in the women’s game.

ALTbasketball is the answer. We finished production of the ALTbasketball Officially Licensed Smaller Diameter Breakaway Rims in January of 2026 and held the first ALTbasketball Smaller & Lower Rim tournament in Las Vegas NV, Feb 2026… (note: These are the only smaller diameter breakaway rims that can be used in competitive gameplay or training.)

It’s now Louisville, Kentucky’s turn to show the world the next step in ALTbasketball’s progression as we are platforming a wave of new stars and expanding the women’s game with the alternative, that no one had prior imagined, much less thought possible.

You’ll see 👀
Thank you to all of our supporters, players, refs, vendors, partners +
