Yesterday was my solar return and I spent it with those who chose me. These beautiful souls joined me for a mushroom sun catcher class with @the.glass.elemental and my heart is still so full. I joke that I am in my crafting era and it feels really good here.

This year I wanted my celebration to feel small, intimate and safe. That intention was honored in every way. Thank you Carley for hosting an amazing class. Thank you ladies for celebrating with me and for all the laughter and love.

So many moments from yesterday were not captured here, but one of my intentions was to support local and every piece of my celebration did just that. 🌞🍄✨

The food, the people, the place—magic.

@bandidasbakeshop nourished us with love, flavor, and intention, opening their space so A Seat at the Table could come to life. Every bite told a story. Every moment held meaning.

The wine selection was thoughtfully curated by Prima Yawa, certified sommelier, and sourced from @thewinegardenlkld —featuring sparkling, Albariño, Tempranillo, and Garnacha to elevate each dish.

Thank you to the souls who opted in, showed up, and made the night more than I ever dreamed it could be.
You didn’t just take a seat—you brought your whole self.

This marks the start of more intentional conversations, community, and support for the businesses we wish to nurture.

The people 🧍‍♀️🧍🏾‍♀️🧍🏾‍♂️👭👩🏻‍🤝‍👨🏿 & the place @bandidasbakeshop

A Seat at the Table is a gathering of community-minded individuals who come together to break bread and hold space for one another. Through intentional conversation, we explore all facets of life, fostering connection, understanding, and growth. This is a safe space for those who are a safe space for others.

Our second class in the new space and the energy was high⛰️

Synchronicity in motion, community in spirit 🌟✨ This beautiful group of souls reminds us that when we move together, we grow together. In every breath and every pose, we create a space of harmony, connection, and shared energy. Here’s to the power of community and the magic that happens when we come together on the mat! 🧘🏾‍♀️💫

Join us at Buffy’s Boutique and be a part of this incredible journey. Your practice awaits! 🙏 If you are ready to go deeper into your practice and self sign up for YTT @buffysboutiquemystique! I'm honored to be teaching and sharing all that yoga has brought to my life.

We enjoyed the brunch @buenamarket holiday market so much a couple Sunday’s ago we decided to remake it on Christmas.

We used the pancake mix from @honeycombbread , pulled pork from @bluedogcraftbarbecue , the mango habanero jam from the jam guys @winterhavenfarmersmarket helped create a beautiful compound butter to top if off.

@capturedbyjcori made the 🥞 and I contributed the 🧈 topping. I’d say they were a success unlike the the new Wonder Woman movie we watched after 🤦🏽‍♀️ .

Food heals and while this is not the healthiest meal it is the meal that brought us together 🙏🏾.

If you came out to the market this weekend you met my daughter, Jordan.

She is part of the team here at Open Door Wellness and took care of you all this weekend.

She is an aspiring photographer and elementary education teacher.

Thank you for rocking it this weekend 💗‼️
