I know it’s only October but it’s had me thinking and excited about the SOULS UNITE Christmas gathering. Liiiike coolest Christmas party you’ve ever been to!
Who’s excited?
What shall we do this year?

This weekend we treated ourselves to being tourists in the country we call home. We booked an Airbnb and spent a magical weekend exploring with some fab friends 🫶 @capturedbyjessnz .

One of our highlights that had Ollie & Arlo saying “this has been one of the best days of our life” was the @coromandel.ocean.adventures tour seeing so much wildlife and learning a little Aotearoa history.

EPIC!!

Apparently we’re cringe.

60 adults and a few kids dancing sober on a beach, laughing, moving their bodies and enjoying life.....

HOW DARE WE! Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

We’ll try sitting at home judging strangers on the internet next time.

Wouldn’t want to embarrass ourselves by being happy. 💀💃

Thankyou for the best comment tho @iz_montgomery

Ripple 2026 was a little bit of magic!

The beautiful conversations, connections and collaborations that have come from this have been so special to see.

People being introduced to Cancer Rehabiltation Foundation, the PINC & STEEL programmes and our incredible angel physios behind these programmes.

Awareness being raised, conversations being opened, and continued support flowing through our epic raffle.

This is what Ripple is all about!

Coming together, moving and connecting with our own bodies, sharing stories, creating space to receive, be supported, feel seen and be heard.

I feel deeply grateful for everyone who came together to make Ripple happen - for those who shared their stories, gave their time, opened their hearts, and for every person and business who generously gave their energy, resources and support.

This is the beginning of some very big waves to come...

One ripple at a time… your ripple!

Every space is an honour to hold.

But the @ripple.together felt especially deep because of the depth of the event, the purpose behind it, and the beautiful people it brought together. 🤍

A fundraising event for the Cancer Rehabilitation Foundation @cancerrehabfoundation created with so much care for those navigating journeys that touch the heart in ways we can’t always put into words.

I was so honoured to be a part of holding the sound healing space and when Trudi shared her vision of angel voices moving through with sound, we gathered some very special people together.

Our angels @tatiabrayconnectingwithin @angelinacutbush and @rachel_murphy_shiatsu , thank you for sharing your voices, your energy and your hearts so beautifully - I can’t explain the joy I felt with you all!!

Watching the space transform through sound, voices, connection and so much love is truly something special.

Thank you, @trudicalderpilates , Angelina, Tatia, Rachel, Jess, and every beautiful soul who added their presence to this moment.

I feel so proud, so grateful, and truly honoured to have been part of it.

Raffle tickets are also still available, helping to continue raising funds for this important cause. Head to @ripple.together to find out more and support the ongoing ripple of love.

May the ripple keep moving. ✨🤍

Aaanndd @capturedbyjessnz, thank you for capturing me in this moment, it feels like a pinch me moment - a little content is usually a gift I’m the one giving, so it felt extra special to receive it from you. 🤍
