After four years at Oklahoma State, I will graduate with bachelor’s degree’s in Sports Media and Strategic Communications tomorrow!

I’m happy to announce that I will be back for two more years to pursue my Master’s degree in Mass Communications as a Graduate Assistant for OSU Athletics Communications. With this, I will move on to become the @cowboywrestling Sports Information Director and Social Media Manager.

My time with @cowboytennis has been an unforgettable experience. From traveling with the team to learning sports photography, it’s been key to my professional development, and I couldn’t be more proud of the work I put in over this past year.

Looking at the numbers in my 365 days with the account (Instagram only):
🔸 Gained 1,977 followers
🔸 53.7% growth rate
🔸 5.4 follows per day
🔸 38 follows a week
🔸 165 followers a month

I’m super excited to see the kind of effect I can have on a championship-level program like Cowboy Wrestling over these next two seasons.

Bleeding Orange & Black ‘till I die 🧡

Thank you to everyone who has made Stillwater feel like a home away from home for the past four years.

I’m very happy to announce that I’ll be back to pursue my Master’s degree as a Graduate Assistant for the OSU Athletics Communications Department over the course of the next two years.

A year in the life 🎢
From getting post ride high-fives to giving them has been the biggest most welcome change in my life. 2025 was a roller coaster to say the least, we had some ice storms, fires, puppies, tornadoes, and the NFR, you name it I probably saw it. And I wouldn’t change it for the world! I can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store for me!
💛💙🥂🎆🎇💍

As I enter my first meet week as a coach, I can’t help but look back on my time as an athlete. All the highs, the lows, the really lows, and the really highs. The rollercoaster that is collegiate equestrian took its hold on me, and being on this side of it is nothing short of my calling in life.
While I’m not sure how it’s possible, I respect my coaches even more. The choices they’ve had to make, were ALWAYS in their athletes best interest, and I could not be more grateful to have been one of those.
I will always miss the good ole days, however, not a second goes by where I regret being a coach. These girls are a God send, and I hope and pray I can help lead them to amazing places, and I just can’t wait to make the same kinds of memories, only I’m the one handing out the high fives 🥹
