“Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom” 2 Corinthians 3:17 🤎

It was truly amazing to experience God’s presence with a room full of women so deeply hungry for Him. The atmosphere was saturated with faith, love, and vulnerability. We spoke openly about mental health—a topic that’s so prevalent in our community and one that faith-based groups must continue to address. The conversations were powerful, honest, and necessary.

We witnessed the Holy Spirit move so beautifully and take full lead of the evening. Hearts were softened, walls came down, and women opened up to one another in raw, authentic ways. It was a sacred space where new relationships were formed, sisters were found, and burdens were lifted.

Women left different than how they came in—renewed, seen, strengthened, and reminded of their worth and purpose. What a gift it is to walk this journey with each of you. We don’t take it lightly, and we’re so grateful for the trust you place in this growing community.

At The Good News, we are committed to fostering authentic faith-filled connections that reflect the heart of God. Together, we’re creating a space where vulnerability is embraced, mental health is prioritized, and spiritual growth is pursued in unity and grace.

This is just the beginning. We can’t wait to see what God continues to do through each gathering. Until next time—keep seeking Him boldly, loving deeply, and standing firm in your faith.

5 years of us.
What started on low ropes at church camp has turned into something sacred, something fierce and tender all at once.
From those first glances to late-night talks, from “I do” to “we did” and “we’re still doing it”. We’ve built a love that’s deep, rooted, and unstoppable.

We’ve created life—twice. Two beautiful boys who carry our joy, our prayers, our legacy. And even when things weren’t easy, we held on. Because this isn’t just love—it’s covenant. It’s work. It’s worship. It’s us.

“You attract the right things when you have a sense of who you truly are”🙏🏽

My past season of life took a lot of heartbreak and uncomfortable change—leaving a steady-ish career, my marriage ending and even some friendships coming to a close. And while change is uncomfortable, I’m also in awe of what’s been unfolding in my life since I made the decision to walk away from things that no longer serve me. The people, the opportunities, the alignment—it’s been wild (in the best way!) I truly believe God is carving out a unique lane just for me, and for the first time in a long time, I’m not chasing… I’m flowing. And it feels great❤️

Here’s to trusting the process and becoming everything He designed me to be.
