ROOST ROUND UP Amazing team assembled We put out some award winning food We jammed all day and all night We met some incredible people, other traders, knife makers, content creators, artists, photographers, incredible chefs, the amazing ROOST TEAM who made it so easy to blend into our first show, even the EHO and Fire Safety Crew were really helpful Shout out to my incredible team! surprised two years have passed since my party and my retirement., from 50 years in a kitchen its all went so quick . enjoyed almost every moment , especially so my last few years at kiln, Humanity in Hospitality something sadly lacking in my early years in the trade. Had such a wonderful time at @mikkellerbrewpublondon this weekend with our ‘Num Pang’ pop-up! Delighted with the end product that we put out.
