Looking for a cozy setting to learn about the Bible? I know just the place! Thankful to meet new faces tonight and for our "Zoomies" who couldn't make it in person. 🏡📖☕❤️🍪#Tuesdays #BibleStudy #LearningTogether #EncourageOneAnother

Pretty Big Gift
From lip balm, to bath bomb, I’ve gotten some neat gifts this year. But, none more valuable than to work with these people’s time and talent. We didn’t just show up today to make this happen. They’ve been at rehearsals multiple nights in the middle of this busy season to prepare. I thank them. I thank their families. I’m so grateful for the gift of working with these (& many more) talented people through the year at @soulsharborfpc. Worship music is the gift that keeps on giving! 🥰

Thank you, band, singers, techs, designers… I stand amazed!
The entire song is on the church’s Fb page. It’ll be on the@church’s YouTube channel soon.

Pic 1 - Cara, my "mic buddy", costume quick change assistant & no-words-needed-to-to-convey-a thought-person.

Pic 2 - May found me in the pre-show cast meeting and wanted a picture with me, her neighbor and Aunt.

Pic 3 - Hope and her sweet girls came tonight. They couldn't wait to hear Bertha Jean sing. 🤣

Pic 4 - David!!! My faithful, supportive neighbor.

One more chance to catch this amazing "experience". Next Sunday, 7pm. Let me know if you need a seat!

Someone who has traveled extensively with a drama /musical show complimented us last night. She's aware of the work involved in making a production like THIS IS THAT happen. Of course I told her we were not professionals, just a church family wanting to share Jesus. Seeing so many lives transformed is blowing my mind. It makes every hour spent in preparation worth it.

Magnifique Journée
Such beautiful & kind young ladies! Two from France & one from Spain. I enjoyed hosting them for dinner this Saturday. They humored me and played SkipBo with me.

I hope to see them again! I will keep them in my prayers! 🙏🥰

Join The Story
I love our Apostolic Directive series at my church, @soulsharborfpc! Join The Story is a class that teaches some of the history of Souls Harbor and includes personal stories of how & when some members got here. It’s goodness to the soul. @brcurrie co-teaches with me, and any & every opportunity to be with her is a joy & honor.
If you’re a member of Souls Harbor & haven’t yet taken this series, sign up ASAP! 🥰🔥🙌

As Bro. Ensey said last night, "He doesn't give us what makes us HAPPY, he gives us what makes us HOLY."

The peace of living a life sold-out for Jesus cannot be matched by anything. It is worth it!

It’s An EVENT
Every weekend is an Event! Appointments morning to night. Hosting, traveling, cooking, churching, serving… I am addicted to it. I enjoy who I get to spend time with SO MUCH! I love what we talk about, and how we respect each other.
It’s exhausting for this hardcore introvert. But, the good far outweighs the bad. For my health I take a day of complete unplug. Then I can get back at it with full energy & joy!! 🥰
