I LOVE LA!!! Premiered last night on HBO. Hopefully everyone loved it and if you didn’t see it, WATCH IT. Truly had a BLAST on this one. The cast was so fun and awesome plus the crew was the best. #iloveLA #soundspeed #ilovesound

911 airs tonight on abc and I have been lucky enough to be on this awesome season 9. Very thankful to be able to jump into such a great sound crew. I can say this show is not easy, its very fast and keep you on your toes. Some of the most challenging scenes I’ve ever done in my career. Hope it sounds good and everyone that watches enjoys it as much as I did working on it.

Sometimes between gigs you get really lucky and can go help out on a development idea ... what a week! Such an amazing group of women. I've never been so sweaty. August 2023, the beginning... #f1academy

Heard yesterday was #TopGunDay?

Got me a lil’ nostalgic remembering what it was like to fuel the whole cast and crew. It was a helluva ride!!!

So grateful and proud to still know many that I got to serve onset. I love getting to see what projects they’re working on now.

One of the flyest experiences of my life! 🤪😎🥰

Cycling is always more fun with friends! I convinced (bribed) some of my 9-1-1 family to come ride with me at @motivatecycleclub, and they both not only survived but kicked some serious ass. Thank you Al and @carasoundspeed for coming!
