🏆 🏆 🍊🇮🇹 Double win for JUS D’ORANGE in Sardinia… and new friends made ! 🍊 JUS D’ORANGE directed by @alexandre_athane received the Best Animation Award and the Audience Award at the 12th @lifeafteroil Film Festival in Villanovaforru, Sardinia, in Italy ! ✨ What makes the Best Animation Award so special is the jury behind it: the @andalasdeamistade Trekking Jury, made up of people in recovery from mental health struggles, part of a Sardinian association that uses walking, nature, and community as tools for healing. Knowing that they chose this film, with their heart, feeling, and understanding, gives the award a very special meaning. Thank you to each and everyone of you, dear Jury ! This means a lot to me ! 🍿 And to the audience who loved JUS D’ORANGE, thank you for the Audience Choice Award. You shook me… for the best!!! 🧡 Big thanks to the man behind the festival, Massimiliano, and to the entire fantastic LAO team for the welcome, the care, the selection, and the space they created for us filmmakers: generous, human, fun, peaceful, caring… and filled with 48 movies in a few days ! And music ! And concerts, and good food… and more ! 🎞️ 🎥 To all the filmmakers, musicians, writers, journalists, team, technicians, audience members, friends and strangers I met there: thank you. It was intense, real, joyful, full of cinema, dancing, music, and laughter. It was a special bond ! I wish you all the best on your continuous journeys ! 🧡 I can now call you all my friends, and I love you very much. 📽️ ✨ The 12th Life After Oil Film Festival will stay with me forever. Grazie mille. 📸: Thank you to all for the photos to all of you who sent them to me, including @mandisalessandro , one of the professional photographer of the festival ! #JusDOrange #LifeAfterOil #BestAnimationAward #AudienceAward #ShortFilm #Animation #FestivalLife #Villanovaforru #HumanConnection #sardinia #italianfilmfestival #winner #oranges @alexandre_athane @chloe_celerien @nolitacinema @animoonstudio @thesingingplant_company 🎥 🌱 🏭
