We know the first four contestants for the 2026 Home Run Derby. Who else do you want to see hitting dingers in Philly?

I spent my entire college career battling a lie in my own head.

I thought being at a D3 school defined me…
when deep down I knew I was built for more.

If you’re there right now — listen closely:

You are not your label.
Not your division.
Not your lack of offers.

You’re on that field for a reason.

So here’s what I learned the hard way:

1.Never question yourself.

Whether you’ve got zero scholarships or you feel overlooked where you are — you belong. Period.

2.) Compete like you’ve got something to prove every single rep.
Every time you step between those lines… make it undeniable.

3.) Where you are is temporary — how you show up is permanent. Enjoy your teammates. Enjoy the grind. This game doesn’t last forever… but your approach will follow you for life.

4.If you ever feel lost — go back to #2.
Because competition reveals everything.

I had to learn this:
I rise to the level of what’s in front of me.

So if you want more… seek more. demand more.
be more — every time you touch the field.

This is for every underdog who knows they’re built for more…

Your situation isn’t your ceiling — it’s your starting point.

And that’s a wrap for @phillies #mlbopeningday 2026. Saw the 1st @kschwarb12 #schwarbomb of the year (good thing I wore the shirt) and Phillies got the win. #OOTD & 1/124 hatoftheday went with 2024 Opening Day Hat with Phanatic Sport Coat since needed to dress up for this special occasion. Outfit would not be complete without Grinch Adidas and @cardbelts custom Phillies Belt #gamedaydrip . Even had a celebrity sighting with PA’s biggest DJ @jongosselin1

Jacksonville, it’s bringing tears to my eyes writing this. A childhood dream to get engaged to the love of my life, to play in front of sold out crowds, and to make everything my parents sacrificed for me to be here worth it. You showed all of that to me in the span of a weekend, and to say I’m grateful is an understatement. Thank you🥹

This is bigger than myself, and bigger than the game of baseball. Be a good person, show love to the ones you hold closest, and let your passion shine. 🫶🏻

As for Cosmic Baseball, 1 city down, 29 more to go! So blessed to be able to be apart of this! I can’t wait to meet everyone in Birmingham and give you a great show! 🙂

With love always,

Last year, @kyl3perry repped the hobby across the country while pitching for the @thesavbananas 🍌

From opening boxes at some of the most iconic spots in ⚾️ to wearing city-themed @cardbelts during games to actually opening a pack of cards during a game after a strikeout, Perry is the hobby 👑 of Banana Ball.

We can’t wait to see what he does this season with the @locobeachcoconuts 🥥

You’ll see and hear from Kyle on each of the next two episodes of The Card Life‼️
