Grateful hearts ✨
Thank you, Elae, Judson Memorial, and the incredible Faith in Harm Reduction ministers for inviting us to share our offering of sound. The work you’re doing is beyond inspiring, and it was an honor to share space, laughter, conversation, a delicious meal, and healing energy with you all.

Until we meet again, peace, love, and continued blessings to you always. 🙏🏾❤️

K. A teaser in a teaser of a journey through k3tam!n3 therapy. One of 4 different administrations of K, here we sit in a therapeutic and in-depth sound bath treatment administered by nasal spray.

🔮 The sounds were otherworldly and intermingled with indigenous chants. The time at @cardea_space was nothing short of spectacular. We will be back! 🪄

Huge thanks to our advisors @warrengumpel sandrastatz 💜

This episode with @rossellenhorn of @cardea_space with @melaniecurtis11 is 🤯 SO GOOD. We dive deep into the craft of holding space, into play and creativity as critical components of any healing space, and some of his strong views on psych-delic healing that are divergent from some of the current accepted narratives in the space. Ross has a multi-decade career in psychotherapy and helping others on their human journeys. Join us and please share below what resonates the most. #holdingspace #cardea @trustthejourney.today
