This past weekend, I had the privilege of sharing knowledge alongside my incredible Redken teammates, @janerudolphhair, @the_cosmetology_corner, and @hairbyleitha.

We spent the day with an amazing group of students who chose to invest their weekend in education. Their curiosity, engagement, and excitement for the future reminded me so much of myself when I was first starting out.

I still remember being a fresh graduate—eager to learn, ready to work, and excited for every opportunity that came my way.

It’s hard to believe that was 11 years ago this month. Since then, this industry has taken me on more adventures than I ever could have imagined. From the classroom to the salon floor, from backstage experiences to standing in front of a room teaching, every step has shaped the stylist and educator I am today.

Seeing the next generation of hairdressers so hungry to learn fills me with so much hope for the future of our industry.

Thank you to everyone who spent their weekend growing with us. I can’t wait to see where this career takes you. ✨

Then a school teacher.
Then a hairstylist.

I’m a university drop out turned hairdresser. More than 10 years later and I have ZERO regrets.

2025 - you were so so good to me. I am so privileged to work with some of the best the artists and educators in the biz ❤️
