For decades, we’ve known that the world’s best athletes don’t succeed by chance. Since the early days of modern sports science, Olympic athletes have relied on structured training, purposeful movement, and progressive planning to reach their potential.

That inspired me to study, coach, and apply those same principles to everyday people and athletes alike. After years of coaching, travelling, and working with individuals of all abilities, I’ve learned that lasting results don’t come from extreme programs they come from the right start, consistent progression, and training that’s built specifically for you.

So thankful for this experience in Guatemala at the American continental series @carmona.gt . Really happy to come out with the win. This has been one of my favourite racing trips. The food people and setting are unreal here. The Central American rainy season kept things very interesting on track. I can’t wait to come back here and I definitely gotta work on my Spanish! @carecabc and @julianmoutinho have been the best travel buddies.

To the light of my life…Happy birthday Poppy Elizabeth Montgomery! 🥰

“This is my wish for you: Comfort on difficult days, smiles when sadness intrudes, rainbows to follow the clouds, laughter to kiss your lips, sunsets to warm your heart, hugs when spirits sag, beauty for your eyes to see, friendships to brighten your being, faith so that you can believe, confidence for when you doubt, courage to know yourself, patience to accept the truth,
Love to complete your life.”
