The effects of nature will ease your Mind, strengthen your Body and charge you up Spiritually.. You come from this land, so you must reclaim your Power! The media is full of illusions, meant to distract you and disconnect you from what you already know is real.
.
Use this season to allow what doesn’t deserve space in your life, a chance to Fall (like the season) away. You’re only a victim if you accept that reality. Change your perception, you change your reality.

Week 23 is in the books! Eight of us took on the Jordan Bridge today, but Fam First wasn’t limited to one location. Shoutout to everyone who couldn’t make it out but still got up and put their miles in on their own. That’s what it’s all about—staying committed and getting better wherever you are! 💪🏾💗

Community doesn’t require a group of individuals who all look, act, and think the same. It takes individuals with different mindset, who understand the importance of working together. Being yourself is what makes you special. Stop trying to fit in and identify your strengths that help you stand out!

.
Our team has been very intentional with curating a space that is ideal for all of our vendors, artists, practitioners, and attendees. We look forward to seeing you all on November 15th, feel free to reach out directly if you have any questions.
