There’s something special about the 4th of July.

It isn’t just the fireworks, the burgers on the grill, or a day on the lake. It’s the laughter that carries across the backyard, the long conversations around the table, the kids making memories they’ll talk about for years, and the simple joy of being together.

In a world that moves so fast, days like this remind us what truly matters: connection, friendship, family, gratitude, and making time for the people we love.

As a health coach, I often say that health is about so much more than what’s on your plate. Strong relationships, shared experiences, laughter, and a sense of community are some of the greatest contributors to a healthy, fulfilling life.

I hope your weekend was filled with sunshine, great food, meaningful conversations, and moments that made you smile.

Happy Fourth of July! 🇺🇸❤️💙

Women’s hormones don’t operate in isolation. They respond to stress, sleep, circulation, metabolism, and recovery. And after age 35, recovery support matters more than ever.

Emerging research shows regular sauna use may support:

• Stress hormone regulation
• Blood flow to endocrine organs
• Insulin sensitivity + metabolic health
• Cellular repair + resilience
• Nervous system recovery + deeper sleep

Because hormone balance isn’t about doing more. It’s about recovering better.

This Mother’s Day, give her more than a gift. Give her time to recover.

Sauna is included in our day passes, packages, and memberships. Book today. TheFixWellnessLounge.com

Most people treat sauna like a luxury.
Something you do when you have time.

That’s the mistake.

The benefits you feel from sauna—better sleep, lower stress, faster recovery—aren’t driven by one session. They’re built through consistency.

Occasional use gives you a moment.
Consistent use changes your baseline.

This is where the shift happens:
    • Stress stops spiking as high—and comes down faster
    • Sleep gets deeper, not just “a little better”
    • Recovery becomes something you can rely on, not chase

Sauna isn’t a quick fix. It’s a system.

And systems only work when you actually use them.

That’s why we focus on memberships—not one-off visits. Because the real value isn’t in a single session. It’s in what happens when your body starts to adapt.

If you’re ready to feel the difference, ask us about sauna packages & memberships.

There’s something incredibly special about the friends who have known you your entire life. The ones who remember who you were before careers, families, responsibilities… and who still show up for you decades later.

This week two of those people traveled across the country—from NYC and Manhattan Beach—just to spend time together here in Florida. No agenda, no big event. Just time. And honestly, that might be the most valuable thing we can give each other.

We talk so much about health in terms of workouts, nutrition, and sleep (all important)… but one of the most powerful predictors of long-term health and happiness is the quality of our relationships. Real connection lowers stress, boosts mood, and reminds us who we are at our core.

These are the friendships that ground you. The ones that pick up right where they left off, no matter how much time has passed.

A reminder to protect your health in the most human way possible: invest in your people. Call them. Visit them. Laugh with them. Make the time.

Because the friendships that last a lifetime might just be one of the greatest forms of wellness we have.❤️
