Got your wash day boss routine down?

Boss tip: multitask your wash day - I get my workout in while deep conditioning. The heat from you head has the same effect as sitting under the dryer. Two birds, one big boss stone 👌🏾

✨Trust the process ✨

✨Be consistent✨

I cut over just over half the length of my hair off during lockdown on May 16th for many reasons but that’s bother post for another day 😂 The main thing was it wasn’t as healthy as I wanted it to be, I’d let things go and it was time to fix it. No more pussy footing around. Here we are now, Nov 14th after my first trim since the cut. We on our way back yo!

Remember, hair grows (when you treat it right 🔑). Health over length. Care over style 💪🏾
