Recruitment advice from incoming senior @carlagallo_ 🤍💫

“My biggest piece of advice for going through recruitment is to always be true to yourself and trust the process. It can be easy to compare yourself to everyone else or overthink every conversation, but just remember that the right house will love you for who you are. Be yourself, stay open-minded, and enjoy getting to meet so many amazing people along the way. Going through recruitment was one of the best decisions I made because it led me to Alpha Phi, and I truly couldn’t be more grateful. I’ve met some of the kindest, funniest, and most supportive girls who have become some of my closest friends. The memories, laughs, and experiences I’ve had are something I’ll always cherish. No matter where you end up, everything happens for a reason, and you’ll find the home where you feel comfortable, valued, and truly yourself.
