I didn’t spend my life savings on a coffee business to drink out of a Keurig (respectfully). 😅 ☕️

Pepper’s place was open for one Sunday only ☕️🍰🍵

I made the snackies, CB made the drinks, Pepper supervised (remotely 😅), and our little rectangular home filled with friends, family, laughter, and a special kind of noisy chaos that made our apartment feel alive 😌

It was a truly collaborative endeavor, a little hectic, but one of those days that made us stop and think, oooohhh…this is the life we’ve been trying to build.

As it turns out, the best part about throwing our home cafe wasn’t the drinks and it wasn’t the pastries. It was giving people we love a place to gather and hang out 🩷

More Sundays like this please!!!!

👯‍♀️ Girls’ day out in Pasadena!
Come along as we hit up the Rose Bowl Flea and fuel up at Mandarin Coffee Stand—yes, I got the (decaf) iced sea salt coconut water latte and yes, it was as extra as it sounds 🥸🧊🥥

Have you been to the Rose Bowl Flea? What’s your fave stop?! 🛍️✨👇

Quick life update with our inaugural season coming to an end one match short of the championship: In March I decided to step away from my time of working in college athletics and join up with the San Diego Wave FC women’s professional soccer team (an expansion team within the National Womens Soccer League). Not knowing what to expect and working in sales for the first time of my sports career you could say the nervs were high. But with the support of the best sales team in the league we were able to break the single game attendance record (32,000), beat our rival Angel City in a sold out newly opened stadium, be the first expansion team to make the playoffs, set the highest playoff attendance record in the league (26,215) while being featured in the Sports Business Journal, and make some lasting memories with an incredible group of people who support this city, sport, and team all in our FIRST year! 😎…Extremely proud and thankful to have been apart of this journey and can’t wait to see what’s in store next for this club! LET’S GO WAVE!! 🌊🌊

If you’re feeling down or unmotivated today please remember this. A year ago, I was in so much pain. I was holding onto people that broke me and did not treat me well. I loved them so much, and in return I was unable to love myself or let anybody new in. Today, some of my best relationships are with people I never would’ve imagined would mean so much to me. It’s crazy what can happen when you open yourself up to receiving love and when you take a chance on new experiences. It’s been a whirlwind of a year, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Self love is growing slowly. My connections with my humans have never been more genuine, trusting, and full of compassion. I’m slowly learning to let go of things that do not serve me or make me better. Here’s to new adventures and the wonderful people I have found right beside me. Thank you for loving me and showing me that it’s ok to put yourself first. I love you and I believe in you. You save me everyday 💕#therearesomanymoreofyou #thankyou #youinspireme #mypeople #soulpeople #love #unexpectedgifts #whoknew #evenifwedontalwaystalk
