I didn’t think I would fall into the trap but when I went back and looked at 2016 I got it. I’m not sure how 10 years flew by so fast but here we are.

2016 was jam packed. I had a 6 and 3 year old. I had a demanding but rewarding corporate role and a social media community that I’m still proud to be connected to today. I ran 6 half marathons and went skiing, lobster trapping and Disney exploring.

Life has its ups and downs but when I look back all I have is gratitude for the memories made and the memories still to make. ❤️.

2016 was hoppin’! Another Dopey Challenge in the books, headed west and never looked back, ran my first Princess Half, fell in love with the Sounders, visited my 50th state and ran a 10k there to boot, bought a new watch that I still use to this day, bought a bike, used said watch and bike to run a triathlon, fell in love with PNW nature, partied w/ my running fam at Disneyland, and Chicago, and Orlando, produced my first live social event with Hydro Flask, and did some trail racin’ around the Sound.

Oh, and you know, watched my beloved Cubbies win the whole enchilada! What a year.

Thankful for many things. Are we still posting Thanksgiving photos? The holidays are flying bye just way too fast.

Big hugs to @carleemcdot and @ruggedwoodsman for making our turkey trot a spectacular one.

Back to 2015 and one of the best years for #Disneyland racing. Pregame was in full effect, and by that time the Cigna crew knew the party was always with this crowd. @bamagirlruns where were you? I hope to see them all soon.
