Happy opening weekend to Zagara, the dreamy seaside signature restaurant at our project @farawayhotels Sag Harbor.

Swipe to see the process behind developing the bespoke carpet textile patterning that graces the dining room—inspired by the motifs of sacred spirals found in the inner workings of pearlescent seashells. A subtle poetic, yet modern geometric nod to the beautiful inspiration we found from the local natural surroundings. 🐚🤍

What makes Fearless Restaurants extra special and why people love working with us? MY DAD!

If you know my Dad he loves to remain behind the scenes. He is commonly known around my friends as “Party Marty” because he always brings the vibes and goofy attitude.

He is light hearted, humble, and doesn’t make Fearless Restaurants about HIM. He doesn’t call it Grims Restaurants, FOR. A. REASON.

He takes risks without flinching, never hovers, and somehow always makes me feel like he just believes in me. Working alongside him has genuinely been one of the greatest gifts of my life.

Every morning I walk into his office and give him a big kiss on his forehead. Every afternoon I catch him sneaking a cup of soup when he thinks no one is looking. I hope that never changes.

No matter how old I get I will always just want to make you proud.
