The state of Maranhão in Brazil is one of the most culturally unique places in the country because it sits between the Northeast and the Amazon region. It mixes Indigenous, African, and European influences in a very distinctive way. Surrounded by incredible natural diversity like beaches, mangroves, dunes, rivers, waterfalls, Amazon-like forests, and savanna landscapes all within one state. It’s one of the ecological transition zones of Brazil.
One of the most important Missions I have with Gente is to show off the beauty of Brazil you may never heard of. This is a MUST visit place once in your life time and I would encourage you to come visit this beautiful state, the food is also incredible and people are the kindest! I’m so grateful for yet another campaign with a crew that I love and respect, the most talented artists in Brazil. Thank you for building Gente with me little by little, through every new product in different places in our country.
