✨ Dance medicine isn't just something I practice inside the clinic. It's something I love bringing directly into the dance community.
Whether I'm teaching dancers about strength training, helping parents better understand injuries, or working alongside teachers, my goal is always the same:
To give dancers the knowledge and confidence to support their bodies long before an injury keeps them out of the studio.
Education has the power to impact an entire team, not just one dancer.
💚 If you'd like to bring a workshop to your studio or team, feel free to send me a DM. I'd love to learn more about your dancers and create something that best supports their needs!

I’ve put a lot of thought into what I want to say about this solo, and the emotions it brings me can’t really be described. This was my final bow on a dance competition stage, and I didn’t want to finish it any other way than with a smile on my face.

To @ilove2tap, you believed in my ability to dance in heels since day one. I remember being so nervous for my first solo rehearsal, just to walk in and hear you say “so what do you think about heels?”. I did almost cry, but I trusted your vision and your faith in me, and thank God I did. For the past 5 years you have pushed me in so many ways not only as a dancer but as a human. While I call this studio home, you really are like a second mom to me. You’ve always been the one I go to for advice, and someone I trust to always keep it real with me. Thank you for everything you’ve done for me these past years, I can’t imagine my life without you in it.

To @annastrem3l, even though I couldn’t look at you when you choreographed, we always made it work. I’m so grateful for your constant reassurance, encouragement, and dedication. You have also always been someone I could come to in a time of need, and someone who would make me laugh even in times you weren’t even trying. You’re such a bright light in and out of the studio and I’m going to miss you so much.

I love you guys, and thank you for this last solo! ❤️

I could say so many things about this group of dancers. Their hard work, motivation, and dedication to this dance has not only made this a successful season, but a rememberable one. Thank you girls for bringing my vision to life and doing it justice ;)

Can't get enough of @briella.dance1 's spark, her drive, her talent and her hard work. @lauranares7 at it again creating artful choreography that brings the audience together in cheer and excitement. The technique, footwork, skills and sounds are a masterpiece. Watch carefully or you'll miss the difficulty as @briella.p7 makes it look flawless.

You have wins and then you have WINS. This artistically crafted beautiful solo was choreographed by a bold, graceful visionary @mianelson_ ‼️❣️
Some wins are packaged in @briella.dance1 stepping out on stage with a second solo to diversifying herself, in the challenge of 10 minute quick changes, and in working to meet the expectations of excellence as a soloist with the strength of supportive words from Miss Mia ❣️

A week in the HEAT! (115 to be exact 😅)
Nationals ‘26 was one for the books! Charlie’s hip hop routine was selected out of only a handful of groups and got to re compete- finishing in the top 3!

Our older crews crushed it per usual and came home 1st place national champs! To top it off our studio received the studio excellence award- which is a true testament to the quality of the teachers, choreography, families and heart behind @carlsbaddance 💖🙏🏼

So especially grateful for this experience and these core memories made with my girl!! And extra grateful for the best baby snugs (thanks Kendie love you ry! ) to help keep me calm during dance downs 🤣

What a season! That’s a wrap!! 😎✌🏽

What happens when you have three talented dancers and pair them with a talented choreographer? Final results: National Champions Senior Division Duo/ Trio for their Trio Tap. Not bad for first time ever competing in Senior division! ❣️🥰
It is obvious not only how hard they work but also how much they love each other. @briella.dance1 said that this is the peak happiness of her summer. Watching them own their pride and celebrate each other is the ultimate trophy.
