Nola Day 1: started the day with a lil pre-dawn travel, arrived to family, fried fish and fun… including a little game of how many of us fit in the mini-van.

I’m so extremely stoked to announce that Endzgiving is an official selection of @filmquest !!

This will be my first FilmQuest, and (as a genre girlie) I have been happy dancing around over this news all day!

I’m excited to see so many of my friends & collaborators have also been selected (including the LOSER music video I produced for @andiearbo & @ellimoore !!🥳) and can’t wait to see y’all in Provo!

On Tuesday we said goodbye to Lulu. Our sweet lil’ lady was 17 years old and I miss her so much already.

I don’t even know what to say… she was so loved. She was around for all of our big moves & life stuff. She was rambunctious and fearless in her younger days… she was even known as ‘the littlest asshole’ because she would bite at her brother (Oscar) and tried to run after any other dog or human that needed to understand that she was the boss around here! She loved trash and would constantly get into it.

As she got older and calmed down she enjoyed napping and eating more than anything else… always looking for a treat!

She had a very full life, she was so loved and spoiled. She even got to star in a short film that went to Cannes, among many other places.

I’m so grateful for all the years and memories that I got to share with her. I loved her so much and I hope she knew that as she closed her eyes for the last time. I did tell her to be nice to her brother and not bite his ears when they hang out in doggy heaven. 🥰

Goodnight sweet Lulu. Sending you all my kisses and snuggles tonight & always. 🩷🩷

So very excited to announce that @endzgiving is an official selection at Salute Your Shorts Film Festival here in LA!!

Yay!! 🥳🥳 This is a special festival because I know a lot of the team that runs it and know how hard they work to make an inclusive, summer camp vibe festival! It’s truly well curated and I always have a blast getting to connect with filmmakers and friends every year!

This year is pretty special for me, because I’ve never had a film I directed screen at the fest! I’m so happy Endzgiving is the one! And it gives our LA cast & crew another shot to see it on the big screen! 🥰

Thank you @salute_shorts !! Can’t wait to see y’all in August!

I’ve wanted to be a part of this festival for a long time and am so honored that our super fun passion project made the cut! Thank you a million times over Indy Shorts & @gsorvig ! I can’t wait to experience the festival & meet the wonderful team & all the filmmakers!

I’m super excited to announce that “Endzgiving” is an official selection at the Ouray International Film Festival, from June 19-22, 2025 in Ouray Colorado!

I can’t wait to finally experience this festival! Looking forward to joining all the amazing filmmakers & the team out in Ouray! I’m thrilled to attend the in person (possibly with some of our cast & crew!) and see some old friends and make some new ones!

This week I’m very grateful for the distraction of being a filmmaker with insanely productive, busy, days filled with the incredible, supportive, amazing people around me.

People who champion me, believe in me and understand the kindness and love I try to bring to this world and my community. A community of some of the most fabulous, unique, driven, hard working humans I’ve ever had the pleasure to know and collaborate with. My beautiful friends and chosen family!

Here’s to us, to our art, our voices, our autonomy & to being the change we want to see in the world. May we be kind, but not allow our kindness to be seen as weakness … or like the lyrics of Ms. T Swift say-
