Today is the birthday of my soon-to-be-wife.

Today marks 519 days since establishing the pickles and flowers budget and taking this beautiful woman out on dates.

Today marks 124 days engaged to this lovely lady and getting to call her my for-sure future wife.

Today marks exactly 185 days until I get to call her my bride and until I never have to say goodbye again.

18,600 miles apart, 643 days in the making (plus change), 185 days left to go. Still, more than yesterday, I love you to the moon and back 5 times, my darling Carly Scott. Happy birthday, love!

I can’t even begin to tell you the impact that this summer has had on my life. I went into this summer never before experiencing summer camp and I now understand why it is so loved! From the blue and red team wins and losses to my weekly soft serve the memories that I will forever cherish are endless.

A huge part of this summer at The Coast was getting to be a part of the summer drama. This year we had the privilege to tell the story of Esther with a little musical twist. The story of Esther impacted me so much in my spiritual walk. Esther’s faithfulness and obedience truly challenged me to be a better Christian!

I am so grateful for all the relationships that grew this summer and the new ones I was able to make! It was a blessing to call The Coast my home for the summer!

And just like that, Gady's and Lentlemen the coast is closed for the last time. I cant believe 9 weeks went by that quick, ive seen God move in so many ways this summer, ive seen salvations, dedications and people who surrendered everything. I want to thank all the camp crew for pushing through all the hard times and fulfilling the responsibilities that we were given. I want to thank the staff at the front desk for teaching me and showing me how to keep a Godly attitude even when you wanna just scream. I want to thank all the staff for keeping us in line. I wanna thank God for giving me each blessing and each person ive met. I pray that those are life long friendships. As Rich said, this isn't the finish line but just a checkpoint to the final destination.

WOL The Coast 2026 ☀️

Thank You Jesus for who You are, all that You have done, and all that You continue to do. Every good and perfect gift truly comes from You, thank You.
Thank You Jesus for Your Word; that it is alive and active, that it changes every intricate part of our lives every day, every minute, every second. The Word You breathed out is truly a treasure, the only thing that will last.
Thank You for the gospel; for how it has saved and changed my life, and how it has saved and changed an unfathomable number of lives throughout eternity. Thank You for every seed that was planted, and every seed that You brought forth to grow.
Thank You for every conversation, every sweet sweet friendship, every note sung to You, every sunrise, every sunset, every prayer, every breath, every salvation, and every dedication that was both seen and only seen by You, the One who sees and knows all, and from whom nothing is hidden.
Thank You for the opportunity to abide in You, to share the work that You did on the cross for all humanity, and to be fashioned more into Your Image by Your Spirit through Your Word, service, and godly community.

All I can say is thank You, Jesus.

Week 7 was definitely interesting...it started off with a trip to urgent care for a sprained wrist but I didnt let that stop me from serving with my all. In total it was such a powerful week in seeing God move! Please be in prayer as we start week 8, our last week here. Pray for strength, peace, and protection because we never know what God has in store.

Good to be home again for one short week! I loved every single one of you that I met this week and am forever grateful for each individual! You all will forever and always be my absolute favorite cabin and this will be my favorite year forever!!! You all hold special huge places in my heart 💙💙

I genuinely cannot thank God enough for the community that He has blessed me with, this has one of the many things i’ve been praying for and He showed it through the people He has provided! I’m so grateful to be in this moment with my friends to witness life change for week 1!

He gives beauty for ashes

this year wasn’t easy, but i can see God’s faithfulness through every part of it. i’m so thankful for the people He placed beside me, the ways He drew me closer to Him, and even the trials and conflict that taught me to depend on Him more. every hard moment became another reason to run toward my amazing God

there were so many moments i didn’t understand what He was doing, yet He continued to provide, guide, and remind me that He was near. looking back now, i can see how much He has changed my heart through this season. i’m grateful not only for the blessings, but for the growth, healing, and deeper trust in Him that came through the hard parts too

Oh what a blessing this summer was! I am so thankful to the Lord for bringing me to the Coast and allowing me to meet all these wonderful people! He has allowed me to grow so much and learn to truly go to him for everything, pray and trust Him.

Romans 5:10 “For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, now that we are reconciled, shall we be saved by his life.”
