Yoga is a journey, and mine led me to Costa Rica with 11 incredible women.
Yoga has carried me through some of the hardest times in my life, and this experience made me feel more whole than ever.

When you pray to God, things don’t magically fall into place—you have to put in the work and trust that He’ll guide you.
This trip was me doing the work—and feeling the healing take root.

As women, we’re constantly on alert. We care for others. We carry so many emotions.
To be surrounded by 11 strong, nurturing women—it was the kind of comfort I didn’t know I needed.

I am enough.
Who I am is exactly who I’m meant to be.
Every good choice, every mistake, every step has brought me here.

Thank you to my best friend for giving me this experience.
I’m so proud of you, and beyond grateful.
I can’t wait for what’s next @syddyoung ✨🌺🧘🏼‍♀️💚

Yoga is so much more than movement—it’s a quiet return to self. Every breath, every stretch, a meditation in motion. Not just exercise, but a sacred flow inward. Healing, softening, remembering. How incredibly grounding to be able to practice in the jungle, surrounded by nature and gratitude.
I am so lucky to know such an amazing woman @syddyoung , and to practice alongside these beautiful individuals.

Costa Rica, I love you. Pura vida!

To my dear friend Syd

I don’t have the words to say how magical of a person you are & how beautiful of an experience this was. Your first retreat is something I will always be grateful to have been a part of. (Truly will you be able to top this? Don’t think so.) Watching you grow this community & seeing what you have accomplished through it is incredible.

Here is to many more games of empire, falling out of many more headstands, losing toes in waterfalls, sunburns that permanently imprint shorts onto your body, falling through wooden slats, meeting every baby in Puerto & magical jungle rain flows.

You are one of a kind & this experience was truly other worldly, love you always.

Life recently has been full. 🤍

My days have been filled with teaching, guiding, creating, and holding space. Immersing myself in community & expanding through movement. Pouring into my students while remembering to pour into myself.🙏

This path isn’t always easy, but it’s always fulfilling. It requires balance, the dance between giving and receiving, holding and surrendering, leading and learning.✨

I do this work because it fills me. Because it reminds me, time and time again, why I started. Because I believe in the power of movement to transform, connect, and heal.

Here’s to the ones who keep showing up to the mat, to the moment, to the work. We are in this together.⭐️
