This Pizza Protects Farmland 🍕 🌾 This fall, we’re partnering with @ranchpdx for a very special, limited-edition Cheers to the Land pizza, available at their SE 11th location starting today! Celebrating locally-grown ingredients from across Oregon and the PNW, this pizza features @carmanranch beef braised in @unionwinecompany Underwood Pinot, topped with cremini and oyster mushrooms. Proceeds from every pie goes towards our work to keep farmers farming, and ranchers ranching. Pair it with our Cheers to the Land beer from @baerlicbrewing and enjoy some good eats, for a good cause!

We hope you’ll join us for a lineup of new and returning fall events and experiences at Ambar Estate. Our final two Our Vineyard Table dinners of 2026 will celebrate our local agricultural community, featuring organic produce from @evenpullfarm on September 12th and regenerative premium beef products from @carmanranch on October 17th. September also brings two opportunities to connect more closely with the vineyard and the ecosystem around it: our Celebratory Harvest Brunch on September 13th, a three-course brunch taking place during the height of harvest, and our first Raptor Experience at the tasting room on September 26th. Click the link in bio to reserve your tickets, or join the Ambar Circle for early access to events and member pricing.

This Monday, 8/31, we're teaming up with @carmanranch to help you fuel up with high-quality local protein! Stop by the gym from 10am to 12pm to meet the team behind some of the best grass-fed beef in Oregon. Carman Ranch's cattle graze on native grasses their entire lives, no feedlots, no antibiotics, no hormones. That means beef with a stronger Omega-3 profile and higher phytochemical content than conventional beef, all raised right here in the Pacific Northwest. Can't make it Monday? Carman Ranch delivers straight to your door across the Portland Metro area every month. Use code Welcome2026 for $10 off your first order of $100 or more at CarmanRanch.com. Come say hi, ask questions, and stock your freezer with something that fuels the work you're putting in here.

The thing is…. We are always heat checkin our chickens…! Some fresh updates for y’all: PORTLAND — we have a DROP scheduled for Monday 4/27 5-6pm in southeast. Visit our store to load up on chicken, pork chops (!!), and eggs. BEND — You can always find us at @centraloregonlocavore and now you can also find us at @marketofchoice fresh in the meat section! ROSEBURG — We are always fully stocked at the @thefarmstand_lehnefarms, and are now a part of the new @rainbow_kitchen_uvf2s FOOD HUB! Similar to an online farmer’s market, we’re so excited about this. You can also find us via @klamathgrown, @coosheadfoodcoop1971 and @carmanranch. ALSO — grass fed and finished beef share deposits are open! Thank you so much to those who have already reserved. We would love to feed you throughout the year. All for now… off to heat check some chickens (jk it’s still cold)

Behind every jar is a name worth knowing! We’re proud to partner with these 5 incredible regenerative farms: @labellepatrimoine @greenerpastureschicken @whiteoakpastures @starwalkerfarms @carmanranch When you choose FOND, you are directly supporting these farms and farmers (and many others!). By partnering with U.S. regenerative farms that prioritize soil health, animal husbandry, and biodiversity, we ensure both the land and animals thrive. The flavor and nutrient differences from our supply chain will show up in your kitchen - trust us!

Thank you. For supporting this mission. For choosing real food. For backing regenerative farmers. For refusing the Big Food narrative. Whether you made a purchase. Followed along here. Or read a single edition of our Remembering newsletter. It all matters. Because every choice pushes us closer to a world built on real food, healthy soil, and resilient humans. Here’s to changing the trajectory of human health. Here’s to regenerative agriculture. Here’s to eating like a human in 2026. Eat like a human.
