POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Almost two years of memories in this reel, and so many reasons to keep going. ❤️🔥

This world of training and competing has changed my life in ways I never expected. It’s given me confidence, friendships and something for myself. On the days when my head is full and life feels heavy, training helps me clear my mind and face things feeling a little stronger.

Watching these moments back makes me proud. I know the effort behind them, and how rewarding it feels to achieve something I once wasn’t sure I could do.

And there’s so much fun along the way! The laughs, the people I’ve met, cheering each other on and now encouraging others to give it a go too. That means so much to me.

Life still has its difficult days, but having this in mine has made such a difference. Here’s to more memories together. 🔥

Wet, cold and still showing up! 🌧️💪

40 minutes of Sunday running with the gang, followed by some padel fun with the little one joining in too! Plenty of laughs and a great way to spend our morning. ❤️🔥

Lovely to have @50shiftreset and @butterscotchzion join us too! They’re visiting a different park every Sunday to walk, run and keep active. So glad we could be part of their challenge this week! Give them some support—you might find inspiration for your next Sunday outing! 🌳👏

Our international Crew this Sunday is 🇷🇴 🇳🇬 🇬🇧 🇵🇱 🇸🇰

“I’m not a runner.”

Neither was anyone before they started. ❤️‍🔥

Today’s Sunday run was 40 minutes in Zone 2. Some of us compete, some are beginners, and we all move at our own pace. Run, jog or walk—it all counts.

And today I didn’t have a babysitter, so Selena came with me 😅 I’m trying to involve her in the things I love. One day I’d love for us to do a kids Spartan race ..For now, we’re getting outside and building a habit together.

So if “I’m not fit enough” or “I’ve got the kids” is what’s stopping you, come along anyway. Kids are welcome, and so are you. Just show up and do what you can. 🔥

Never miss a Monday! 🔥

After yesterday’s HYROX madness, today called for a calm 40-minute Zone2 run to ease the DOMS and keep the body moving. Andrea joined me, then we finished the day properly—with real food and a much-needed catch-up with my friend. ❤️

Training, recovery, good food and good company—the perfect Monday.

Our first DEKA FIT, and I’m bragging about all of us 🔥

Andrea and Fotis took on mixed doubles. Kasia went solo for her first FIT—and she’s fucking incredible. Mark and I raced mixed doubles and brought home a 2nd-place flag! 🥈 I’m proud of every single one of us.

I’ve done DEKA Strong and DEKA Mile, but FIT had a different buzz. The big arena, the noise, the energy, our crew cheering each other on—it was an amazing day. And of course, we finished it together with good food &beer, a proper celebration.❤️

Next stop this Sunday: a full HYROX simulation. Another first for me. Let’s fucking go! 💪🔥

What a Saturday with this incredible crew! 🔥

A massive shoutout to Vlad, Marcin and Mihai, who competed in their very first DEKA event—and absolutely smashed it! 💪

Kasia, Mark, Fotis, Andreea and the rest of the gang brought the energy, supported each other and gave everything from start to finish.

And me? Three competitions in one event…because apparently one is never enough! 😂🔥 But we didn’t just compete—we fucking smashed it!

Then came the best part: good food, dancing, laughter and celebrating together properly. Because these events aren’t only about results—they’re about the memories, friendships and incredible people beside you.

And we’re not stopping! This Sunday, me, Mark, Andreea, Fotis and Kasia are heading to Derby for our next challenge—DEKA FIT! Time to push ourselves even further and see what we’re capable of.

Let’s go, team! ❤️‍🔥

Yesterday was about so much more than just another 5K. ❤️🏃‍♀️

Spartan Flames 🔥 crew came together to join @thenations5k in Norwich and support the incredible Esmée Gummer and her mission to get ONE MILLION people moving.

Walk. Jog. Run. Roll.
It doesn’t matter.

JUST MOVE. ❤️

I was supposed to say a few words about our group at the end… who we are, what we do, etc. Was I prepared for that? Absolutely NOT. 😂🙈

So naturally I mumbled my way through it and managed to forget one fairly important detail… (that perimenopausal brain fog was definitely with me 😅)

WHEN WE ACTUALLY RUN. 🤣

So, for the record:

🔥 SPARTAN FLAMES
🏃‍♀️ Every Sunday
⏰ 8:30am
📍 Meeting/start point: Chapelfield Gardens, Norwich
❤️ All abilities welcome

Mums, dads, beginners, experienced runners, walkers, joggers… come as you are.

Huge respect to @esmee_ldn for what she is doing and for using her own incredible journey to encourage thousands of other people to take that first step. 💪❤️

If you’d like to support The Nation’s 5K, donations go towards the charities supported by the challenge. Please check for the donation link on their accounts.

🔥 5TH SEPTEMBER — @deka.europe DEKA STRONG, WE’RE COMING! 🔥

Apparently doing one race wasn’t enough for me. 😂 So here’s the plan:

⚔️ Mixed Doubles — me & Mark
🔥 Women’s Doubles — me & Caroline
💀 Solo — because… WHY NOT?!
📣 And somewhere between all of that… I’ll also be REFEREEING! 😂

Race. Recover. Referee. Repeat.
I clearly don’t know how to have a quiet Saturday. 🤣

But the best part?

🔥 THE SPARTAN FLAMES ARE COMING 🔥
@__kasia_85 @carmen__sylva&husband @fotisbaras1 & @marky_b222 @50shiftreset @vlad_vamesu @marcinzamm

We’ve been putting the work in.
The sleds. The carries. The burpees. The bikes. The sweat.

Now it’s nearly time to see what we can do. 👊

And if you’re around on 5th September and fancy supporting us — COME DOWN! @ems_fitness_norwich

Come cheer. Come make some noise. Come meet the crew and watch the Spartan Flames take over DEKA. 🔥⚔️

Three races + refereeing + looking after the crew.

Busy day?

ABSOLUTELY.

Would I have it any other way?

HELL NO. 😈🔥

Today’s run with our beautifully blended crew! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🔥

Different countries, different ages, different running levels—but the same positive energy. 🇷🇴🇬🇷🇬🇧🇲🇾🇵🇱

We ran, we laughed, we encouraged each other… and obviously finished with a well-earned coffee. ☕️😅 This is what our Sunday runs are all about: movement, friendship and bringing people together.

One crew. Many nationalities. No excuses. ❤️

🔥 SUNDAY RUN DONE 🔥

🏃‍♀️ 40 minutes Zone 3
⚡ Finished with 100m sprints — because apparently 40 minutes wasn’t enough 😅🔥

We’re not all running at the same pace.
We’re not all at the same fitness level.
But we’re all there for the same reason — to get fitter, stronger and better.

If you keep saying “I need to start running”… come and start with us. 👊

No pressure. No judgement. You don’t need to be fast.
Just turn up and move.

🔥 Spartan Flames Run Crew
🏃‍♀️ All levels welcome
💯 FREE
❤️ Come alone or bring a friend

Who’s joining us next Sunday? 👀🔥
