DJing is like skateboarding… At first, you must make peace with the fact that you will probably suck. But if you stick it out, and your passion for the form is pure, just like learning a new language, one day your perseverance pays off and you realize you’re becoming fluent. That flow-state is the best drug on earth, offering freedom to develop your own style and flair and sound. You learn when to drop in. My fellow ladies @badgyrlriri and @ccarmnn… my heart swells… 💗 Mad, mad steeze, all distinctive, all flow. No ego. Such a lovely, sexy, powerful vibe. Classy, smart, funny af chicas bringing their ‘A’ game and cheering each other on. Sooo damn fun. Sign me up for more of that. Mad gratitude for everyone who came to get down. ✨🙌🏼✨ And mad love to @typefunk, @jamesdeelicious, and @socialdiscoclubslc for inviting us to play #ladieschoice night at the coolest #afterhours in #slc @iykykhifi 🪭 Carmie and RiRi, I am smacking my deck on the lip of the halfpipe over heeyah… ✨🛹✨ #aboutlastnight
