All aboard the Burger Express 🍔

Finally got to try @carneytrain and it did not disappoint. Wanted to try out this local spot just in case something happens.

I feel like a lot of iconic spots in LA are closing. I always go “i wish I had eaten there” and never got the chance to do so!

Love the aesthetics and the old school vibes.

Have you been here?

Happy Friday, friends!

It’s the weekend, which hopefully means you’ll be enjoying some delicious bites at your favorite places or adventuring out to try somewhere new.

This week’s lineup is all about one of life’s most perfect foods - THE MIGHTY BURGER! These are some of my favorite spots and I still have so many left to try.

As always, I’m taking your suggestions for restaurants to draw and burgers to eat! Send ‘em my way, along with a stack of extra napkins please! 😉

Swipe through for all the burger-y goodness and bookmark this post for the next time you’re craving one yourself! 👩🏽‍🎨❤️🍔

This LA institution has been serving hot dogs from an actual train car since 1975. Three types of chili, banging hot dogs, and yes — this episode was filmed on the train. If you’re watching this on the train, comment train. Save this for your next LA trip 📍

Eating a burger surrounded by Americans.

Not a single Japanese person in sight. Probably not the kind of place many Japanese tourists come to.

No translation app when ordering. I’ll manage somehow.

Or so I thought.

Two burger combos arrived.

I eat more than the Americans.

I gain weight.

I walk around Los Angeles.

🚂🌭 Next stop: CARNEY’S!

Apparently I boarded a train and somehow ended up in Sauerkraut City. 😂

Carney’s in Studio City is one of those classic LA spots that just hits different. Hot dog loaded with mustard and enough sauerkraut to require its own ZIP code. 🌭🔥

No fancy nonsense. Just an old-school train, a big dog, and a very happy Mor.
